Hey, so what would come of a matespritship between a Knight of Mind and a Seer of Life?

Matespritship-red rom, flushed quadrant, and the closest thing trolls have to human romance. I tend to think of it as needing people who compliment each other, not who balance each other out.

Knight of Mind (hi Latula!): I exploit logic and choices to protect others.

Seer of Life: I understand growth and life and help others understand.

Ok, here’s an analogy for you that I may be able to find a visual for. Imagine you lay out all the aspects in a circle, like a clock. Space is 12 and Time is 6 for reference. Now Life is in the 1 spot and Mind is in the 4 spot, so they’re teetering on the edge of being near or far, but closer to being near. Which means, to have similar goals, you want people on similar places on the passive-active scale, which makes sense if you think about it. (A Seer helps prompt where their aspect is going much like how a Muse can inspire it.)

Knights and Seers aren’t really close or far either, because Knight is technically active, but it’s very close to the passive side.

So this relationship really comes down to the personalities of the people. If I had to give you my thoughts on it, I see trouble, because a Seer of Life is all about helping people understand where their choices have led them, and a Knight of Mind is all about taking advantage of those choices. But I don’t think this is enough to warrant blackrom.

All together, I think this could go either way! I do see potential troubles, but also good things that could come out of it, because a Knight could help a Seer take more initiative.
