*Mizuki then begins to slowly approach Type: Null, and as it notices her, it crouches down into fighting position as it gives her a warning growl. She only gives it a gentle look as she moves closer and kneels down in front of it, then proceeds to take its mask in her hands.*

Kazuichi: Woah! She's touching it?!

Maki: That's a bold move.

Ibuki: Whaaaaat?! That's a plot twist Ibuki wasn't expecting!

*Type: Null tenses in surprise for a brief moment before struggling against Mizuki's grip, but she firmly holds on.*

Mizuki: Hey, listen. I know you've been in here for a minute, but there's nothing to be afraid of. You're not a failure. Just because Idabashi wasn't satisfied with what he created doesn't mean you're not good enough.

*Type: Null only stares at her as a twinkle forms in its eyes, and it finally begins to calm down. Soon, it reaches up and gently touches its head to Mizuki's forehead, becoming her Familiar.*
