Love having a psychotic episode whilst driving and then proceeding to dissociate heavily. And then finally coming home to your roommates car not being there when she told you she was going to meet a stranger and would be home long before I got there and aaaaAAAA

#im not having a good one.#but I made it home safe. only one big hiccup but everything was okay. just swerved a bit in panic over nothing #and I called her and shes fine #I just need to calm down enough to be able to use my stove to make dinner #bc its a fire stove and thats scary plus my legs dont want to move #+Im listening to my get ready in the morning and drive to work music bc listening to my driving home from work music is what triggered me..#because I started at the wrong song and its from an album that I've accidentally Disordered all over #ugh.#plus my coworker was playing music earlier which dissociatively triggered me earleir so I'm all sorts of hecked up right now #yeaj im really spacey and fucky rn I'm maybe going to lay down until im better or like #mahbe I can distract me... ill try now
