每个人出生之后踏入世界，

从一张白纸在滚滚红尘当中

学会了人间世故，

缺少慈悲心，

要懂得世事无常，小时候的痛苦现在还有吗？小时候感觉很幸福的事情今天也过去了。埃及金字塔今犹在，不见当年法老王。人在世间如梦幻泡影，哪天当我们醒来的时候，真的不知道自己在哪里。我们到人间，两手空空而来，索取的都是临时的，房子、车子……连父母都会离开我们，不要想在人间带走任何东西，连身体都带不走。所以佛说，万般带不去，只有业随身。不执著人间万物才能放下、想通，要真正开悟就要想通、想明白、无所谓，这就是开悟，这就是解脱。

As you live in this world, you should learn to let go of all attachments, be humble, and frequently apologise:

You must understand how to let go of yourself, and not be overly self-important.
