Enzo woke up in the middle of the night with a scream. His body was dripping with sweat and he was shaking. Bryce’s face and the look on it when he was devoured by a horde was all Enzo could see. The memory had tormented him since the day his best friend had been taken from him. He left behind a brother and a best friend, who were now forced to stick together. Enzo heard the man now. Dan ran to his bedroom door with a concerned look on his face. “I’m fine. Just another nightmare. Sorry.” Enzo wiped the sweat off his forehead before pushing the sheets aside. He slid out of bed and walked into the bathroom wearing some boxers.
