LITG & beautiful/artsy/thoughtful tattoos 🧎🏽♀️
So I know I’m being delulu but can we not (just once!!!) have a character with tattoos that look like someone’s put some thoughts into them? Also, where are my stylish, artsy, tattooed pretty boys? Will had fr so much potential but I’m sorry, the tattoos are not it.
Like, look at them and then look me in the eye and tell me you don’t think they’re really bloody hot:
Give me a Joel or an Ingram lookwise and give them nail polish, jewelry and stylish clothes. Also, they don’t even need to be muscular or gym buffs! I’m a simple girl, really, but is it too much to ask for someone like that? My soul craves them pretty boys 🥹😭😭

litg s4 wishlist because i woke up and thought about this violently
choose your pronouns. just because the mc is very femininely aligned doesn't mean they should immediately use she/her pronouns.
more character creation choices. they made CMM choices more in depth to tell everyone where you're at now, so why can't we design our character right off the bat? e.g where you're from, any family.
more appearance choices. despite me being the whitest of whites, I'd like to see more POC hair styles. ALSO, TATTOOS WHEN? PIERCINGS WHEN? dyed hair also. I want pink hair fusebox.
punk/grunge styled LI. would prefer a male aligned LI because we got kinda a gothy themed LI with Lottie.
30 day game. good for lore-building for characters, which is why S2 was such a hit (in my opinion.)
more LGBT+ representation, especially in males. would love to see some trans representation, could be the MC themselves or an LI. baby steps, but I'd love to see nonbinary character(s) too.
no unromanceable characters. I love Elladine in S3 and it made me sad I couldn't be with her. Same with Miki.
previous season character cameos, not just a Chelsea from S2 to S3 as the finale announcer.

My LITG S4 Wishlist/Ideas (Most of which I've seen other people mention)
Scheming LI - Tries to fake their way into winning. They ask you to act super into them so y'all can win. Fake Dating realness.
Single Parent - Exactly what it says on the tin. It could be a LI or not, but definitely complicate things with kid(s).
Boy Drama - Give me boys acting catty. It's feminism. /j
Another Mlm Couple - Tai x Ciaran is one of the best ideas of S3, I think it was underdeveloped. Y'know, like the rest of the season.
Lie Detector - Give this to us, please. It's so good for drama or bonding moments.
S/O Back Home - One of the Islanders has a significant other back home! And thought they could keep it a secret. (Optional: You can add this to Scheming LI.) New bombshells can reveal the information. Or...
GIVE US THE POD (I think that's what it's called) - I want characters to learn information they wouldn't learn otherwise. And befriending the character who received the info gives you a better chance at learning sooner. I want to see secret kisses, and private conversations.
Flexible Personality - You can tell FB wanted to do this in S2, but it definitely fell through. Let us decide whether we're out there and loud or reserved and quiet.
Reformed Fuckboi - They did this with Jakub, but can it be someone that people might reasonably go for? Hell, make it a girl.
Secret Routes - Honestly, I love the idea of certain things being done can unlock new events or routes. Basically Kassam but clear cut. It should be repeatable if you do the exact same things.
Recovering Alcoholic - I just think it would be interesting. Drinking is such a big part of Love Island, and I think this definitely opens up discussion of it. I think it's good that MC is given non-alcoholic options in S2, and maybe you can make that matter. Like, choosing the non-alcoholic options gives you hearts with the character, because then they're not the only one not drinking.
Returning Islander - I want a character from previous seasons to come back to compete again, as opposed to just being a cameo. I think the best options are Jen, Rocco, and Rohan. Deadass, I want to see Jen back, since she and Tim canonically broke up as of S3.
One of the Guys - I want a girl that genuinely gets along way better with the guys than the girls. We've had something similar in past seasons with a few girls, but I mean it. I want a girl that struggles to get along with the girls, not because she "can't do anything right" (like Priya), but because she can't talk to them like she can guys. (You can make her a LI, and she finds talking to MC easier than anything else. Also I just relate to this hypothetical character.)
Compelling Relationships - I want to feel conflicted about going after certain LIs. I want something like Seb and Genevieve (but, again, better executed). I want to feel like other relationships are just too good to break up.
Slowburn Girl LI - Hear me out... A girl who's never considered being with a girl before, but finds herself falling for MC over the course of her route. You can't be pushy or overly flirty with her in the beginning. I don't think her route should trigger until you've built a good friendship with her.
Anyway that's my list! Let me know what you think of any of them, and what you'd add!

Wishlist for season 6
I was tagged by @irishbelle34 (thanks for that 🤍) and that reminded me that I wanted to share my thoughts anyway. So here goes:
1. Agreed: We need to get to determine our sexuality at the beginning and then go from there. If I choose to be bi, that should open up otherwise closed routes, but if I choose to be straight, STOP FORCING GIRLS ON ME, OK? Thank you 🤌🏽
2. Again, I agree with @irishbelle34 , I would love to play as a male MC, although I won’t wish for that because I need a good storyline first and foremost - doesn't matter if I play as a girl or a boy, as long as the plot is compelling, the relationships we develop are meaningful and deep, and I can choose my personality!
3. As a girl who is straight, I would love to have a male best friend (like Seb in S3, who I wish was a LI, but whatever) who does NOT talk us into having feelings for him or pursuing him romantically. To spin it even further - I'd even like a friends-to-lovers trope IF it was done well, but I'd still want the option to choose not to have a relationship with him if I felt nothing for him. And he should react accordingly - please be heartbroken and hurt and avoid MC and don't act like it's no big deal!!!
4. I would LOVE it if there were more diverse character types than the ones we've had so far. Bring in another Oliver as an OG - a soft, kind-hearted man who is calm and not cracking 10 jokes a minute - and make the other girls take advantage of him if MC doesn’t pursue him until he falls for her and tells her so. Or bring in another Seb who is closed off and aloof and needs to be constantly pursued by you to warm up to you and open up to you. I don't just need guys chasing my MC, I'd like to do it myself if there are really good options.
5. I'd like characters with more interesting professions and/or backgrounds - like an ex-army officer with massive trauma who needs a softie to balance out his cold, hard personality, or a real rock star (like Bobby could have been!) who is used to girls throwing themselves at him and has a hard time trusting anyone.
Take Will, for example - he had such a complex and interesting personality, and I absolutely loved that.
6. I would love a stone-cold player (male), but who does a damn good job. No one sees through his facade and he could even make the MC fall for him without falling for her and just breaking her heart. OR he could EVENTUALLY fall for her too and tell her later about his original plan.
I love me some heartache and angst and drama, but it needs to be executed properly, not like season 5!
