kinda negative slightly shade but not about anyone who would read this
#the way most people ship alurichter is sooooooooooooo lamemeeeeeeeee and a lot of times super weirddd and not considering the narrativeeeee#a lot of times it feels very ''i am required to have a ship in every series i remotely enjoy''#and also very ''ignoring the important female character in favor of mindless mlm ship''#dont get me wrong alurichter has the POTENTIAL. but in my experience (albeit limited- i avoid fandom) its so unrealized#like i think alucard and richter are narrative parallels but that there is no way on earth alucard just FALLS IN LOVE like .#i feel as though its really ignorant of alucards narrative and their struggle with friends#their friendship must be forged from struggle and thus so does any kind of romance that would happen. it would be a slow burn#not them just falling in with each other out of convenience or some fujoshi-esque trope#its also often ignorant of richters narrative irt annette and also annettes own narrative. but whats new on that front : /
