been doing v simple bread making this past week and its wild to me everytime it works out. flatbred so easy and i have so many.
#b#have v little experience baking fjfjdbd#also fun to see how yeast changes dough#like i had heard on baking vids that it creates airbubbles#not until making this flatbread dough that was litchrally just flour milk salt and sugar did i realize what that means#she was Solid#anyway depression stay losing#also made buns ive been eating for lunch w smoked salmon :3#ate these flatbreads w some fried eggs#wouldve been nice to have w sucuk or some fried veggies also but my fridge is almost empty whoops
