on monday, september 28th, during free training, you are called to kim hyuncheol’s office. a woman you have not met yet, but will come to know in the future, is sitting with him in his office. the stranger seems perky, friendly and undeniably… cute.
“hyunbin, let me introduce you to BAE MIHI. she is the head manager of the newly formed lgc music.” hyuncheol begins.
“nice to meet you!” the woman exclaims with a bright smile. “i am here because legacy entertainment is looking to expand its talent management. after reviewing the profiles of many trainees, mr. kim hyuncheol and i believe that your talents would be just right for our new band project under lgc music. if you have more aspirations, we can work together to mold the career of your dreams!” she explains. it seems that you do not have much of a say in this transfer. “you will also be handed a new training schedule starting from october!”
kim hyunbin knows he’s meant for the stage, meant to share his music to the world. it’s only a matter of time.
there’s plenty of reasons why hyunbin would be called to hyuncheol’s office. he doesn’t exactly try to keep it a secret that he has been sneaking out of the dorms, always eager to go on nightly adventures whether on his own or with his friends. there’s also the matter of skipping a few practices in the name of good fun, although he believes he does a very good job at hiding that fact. unless someone ratter him out—in which case, he’ll get his revenge!
entering the office, hyunbin realises he might not be in trouble after all, not when he’s faced with a new face that seems all too excited. no one would be this excited to exact punishment, right? before hyunbin could get a word in, hyuncheol speaks, introducing the woman. for politeness sake, hyunbin manages a bow, before the woman also speaks.
new band project. he can’t help himself when his eyes widen, and he presses his fingers against his lips as they part. “r-really?! me?!” hyunbin is practically vibrating where he stood, pushing down the urge to jump up and down. he eventually settles for skipping towards mihi, forgetting all his manners as he grabs onto her hands and shakes them rather excessively. “thank you thank you thank you thank you! i swear i won’t let you down!” pulling away from mihi, he turns to hyuncheol and gives a deep bow before he leaves the room.
his dream is finally within sight.
a brand new path calls for some changes, right? maybe it’s time to change his appearance a little.
ooc;
congratulations on joining the BAND MAIN CAREER PATH. starting from fall trimester, your muse will be moving from trainee missions to BAND MISSION! hyunbin will also be moving to a new dorm in october!

on monday, september 28th, during free training, you are called to kim hyuncheol’s office. a woman you have not met yet, but will come to know in the future, is sitting with him in his office. while she comes off as graceful and polite, she looks like the type of woman you do not want to cross.
“LEE YOUNGMIN, let me introduce you to HEO AECHA. she is the head manager of the newly formed lgc agency,” hyuncheol announces.
“nice to meet you.” the petite woman says in a warm, almost motherly tone. “i am here because legacy entertainment is looking to expand its talent management. after reviewing profiles of many trainees, mr. kim hyuncheol and i believe that your talents would be put to better use under lgc agency, as an actor. if you desire to expand your work field in the future, we’ll try to look for compromises once the time comes.” she explains. it seems that you do not have much of a say in this transfer. “you will also be handed a new training schedule starting from october..”
to be fair, he should have expected that his past will come back to haunt him.
when youngmin caught wind that he was summoned in the hyuncheol’s office, he wonders whether he was caught skipping or whether the kitchen staff finally figured out that youngmin was the thief and had raided the fridge multiple times. he’s racking his brain trying to come up with an excuse, or maybe blame it on the fact that they shouldn’t be leaving good food out there for him to take anyway! the moment he enters the room, however, it didn’t seem like he’s in trouble.
regardless, the atmosphere is serious, youngmin knows when to keep his mouth shut and let the right people speak. as an actor. he takes a moment to let the words sink in, blinking all the while. with how he has been participating in acting casting calls, he supposes he shouldn’t be so surprised, and yet he is. the idea of returning to acting has been in the back of his mind for a long while, a thought he can’t seem to discard no matter how hard he tries. he isn’t expecting the opportunity—one that he can’t deny, judging from their tones—would be presenting itself so early on.
but maybe he needs this. maybe he should stop running away and face all his worries and fears head on, because otherwise, when will he learn? he knows he has what it takes to be full-fledged actor, he’d be doing the world a disservice if he continues to let his talent rot, to hide behind a veil of fright.
and if he makes the choice on his own, accepts it with open arms instead, doesn’t that mean he’s a step closer to healing?
“thank you for the opportunity and for leading me towards my true potential, i promise i won’t bring you disappointment.” he gives a bow, before he exits the room. in the hallway, he lets out a breath he didn’t realise he had been holding.
a new adventure awaits.
ooc;
congratulations on joining the ACTING MAIN CAREER PATH. starting from the fall trimester, your muse will be moving from trainee missions to ACTING MISSION!
youngmin is also given the choice to either remain in a dorm or move out in october. warning; should he choose to move out, all expenses will be taken care of by him. please share his decision with the main before OCTOBER 4.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY
@lgckrp
october 31st 2020
as your training group starts its first lesson of the day, the coach suddenly tells everyone to gather around. when you’re all listening, they suddenly call your name. “lee jiho…” they don’t sound angry, but they’re not smiling either. are you in trouble? did you do anything wrong? “we heard it’s your birthday… isn’t it?”
before you can react, everyone starts laughing and applauding as a few more staff members enter the room with a cake and a small box. they all sing happy birthday to you, and once the atmosphere calms down again you get handed the box. it contains… letters? “you received a few letters from fans. they also sent this cake. we hope this will brighten your day despite having to come in for training.”
and right before you all get back to practice, a staff member tells you your gift from the company: a day off to use this upcoming month! you can claim it whenever you want as long as it doesn’t fall on a day with official company or group activities. have fun!
it’s not that he’s not expecting anything on his birthday—because he is. he’s witnessed a lot of his fellow trainees and his friends receive presents and cake and whatnot from fans on their birthdays. what he’s not expecting, is for it to come so early in the day. if he’s honest, he had never really paid attention to what time they had received their presents.
he genuinely hadn’t expected it to be during the first lesson of the day.
he stares up at the coach, feeling slightly concerned that he had somehow might’ve gotten himself in trouble on the day of the halloween party and also on his birthday before it dawns on him as the coach speaks that it’s probably for his birthday. when the cake and the box of letters is handed to him, jiho can’t help the smile from spreading on his face because well, it’s nice to be remembered on your special day even if it’s shared with a holiday celebration.
as always though, the letters from fans—any support, really—never fail to brighten up his day entirely. and on top of that, a day off in november? he can’t wait.
despite saying this every year, jiho definitely thinks this one is one he’ll remember.

on saturday, june 20th, during free training, you are called to kim hyuncheol’s office. a woman you have not met yet, but will come to know in the future, is sitting with him in his office. while she comes off as graceful and polite, she looks like the type of woman you do not want to cross. “alec, let me introduce you to HEO AECHA. she is the head manager of the newly formed lgc agency” hyuncheol announces. “you will also be handed a new training schedule starting from july”
when he’s called out of free training, alec really isn’t sure what to expect. he’s never sure, especially considering this had happened after his birthday. there’s a slight fear that he’s been caught, that his and yura’s hangout that day had been spotted and he was getting told off or something.
but, after entering the office, he sees the lady sitting inside and he relaxes a bit, his shoulders falling from where they had been raises slightly because of nerves. it doesn’t seem like he’s being kicked out of the company or anything, so he decides to just go with the whole innocent until proven guilty approach and he doesn’t say anything aside from greeting them both, and then bowing his head in a polite greeting.
“it’s nice to meet you too,” alec greets her back, now knowing who she was. he could barely dare to hope this meant what he thought it did.
     this meant—? could it be—?
when she explains why she’s here, he straightens up in his spot and he nods in agreement to her words. he’s definitely planning to become an actor in the future, considering that was where his focus had been as of late. it’s good to know that the company had his best interests in mind as well, and had seen that this was probably the better path for him to be on.
“thank you so much,” he says sincerely once she finishes speaking, and he bows his head again in thanks before he straightens up. “i’ll be looking forward to it!.”
congratulations on joining the ACTING MAIN CAREER PATH. starting from summer trimester, your muse will be moving from trainee missions to ACTING MISSION!
alec is also given the choice to either remain in a dorm or move out in july. warning; should he choose to move out, all expenses will be taken care of by him. please share his decision with the main before JULY 2.

on saturday, february 15, during free training, you are called to kim hyuncheol’s office. a man you have not met yet, but will come to know in the future, is sitting with him in his office. your first impression of the stranger is that he seems down to earth and relaxed. “sungkyu, let me introduce you to ROE KANGDAE. he is the head manager of the newly formed lgc creatives” hyuncheol begins. “nice to meet you.” the man says on a soft tone. his voice sounds like melody to the ear. “i am here because legacy entertainment is looking to expand its talent management. after reviewing the profile of many trainees, mr. kim hyuncheol and i believe that your talents would be put to better use with the rest of the company’s producers under lgc creatives. this is no dead end for you; if you ever desire to try something on the side, we’ll work together to arrange something.” he explains. it seems that you do not have much of a say in this transfer. “you will remain in the care of mr. kim hyuncheol until further notice. you will also be handed a new training schedule starting from april. he will keep me updated on your progress.”
sungkyu can count how many times he's been called to hyuncheol's office on one hand, so when the request comes the immediately response is worry, a twisting feeling in his gut. he can't for the life of him think of what he could have done to instill the worry, but it doesn't leave him as he makes his way to the office.
his greeting is quiet, nervous at the sight of the unfamiliar man, though he waits quietly with his hands clasped in front of him-- eyes flickering between the other bodies in the room.
a transfer. an actual transfer, to something more production focused. there's a feeling in his gut-- like the drop of a rollercoaster and then reaching higher ground again. he swallows, nodding along as he continues to listen.
new training starting april. that's good, right? that's something different, something new-- something a bit different than what he's done the past two and a half years. his fingers curl tighter around each other, and he nods, moving to bow quickly. "thank you for the opportunity." he says as he straightens back up, an earnest look on his face. "i'll do my best."
————————————————————– congratulations on joining the PRODUCER MAIN CAREER PATH. for the time being, there are no changes. sungkyu has also been informed that following his debut (date currently unknown), he will be given the choice to either remain in a dorm or move out. warning; if he chooses to move out, all expanses will be taken care of by him. please share his decision with the main before MARCH 30.

again?
now why the heck would heocheol call her to his office, one more time? is it because she was almost late this morning? is it because they have figured out why that happened? she hadn't been able to see king since stepping foot in the company. was he being summoned too? her fall from grace could begin anything, yet she keeps her head high. as always her motto applies; what they don't see, they can't know.
just like last time, he's not alone in his office. this puts her mind at ease right away. she bows politely and sits down when instructed to. the words that follow make her wonder if she is't in a dream. actress. it's like the heavens have finally listened and answered her prayers. she's joined the company in hopes to use idol privileges as a stepping stone to launch back her acting career. instead, they are giving her a way to her dream without a detour. "thank you." is all she can say. finally

@lgckrp
As soon as you arrive at the company on March 2nd, you are asked to report to Kim Hyuncheol’s office. The man is waiting for you, Heo Aecha at his side. It’s the first time you’ve seen her since your first meeting. As soon as you come in, they both greet you and Kim Hyuncheol asks you to close the door and take a seat. None of them seem to be about to scold you, yet they arbor rather serious looks. While last time, Aecha did most of the talking, today, it’s Hyuncheol who does the speaking: “Rachel, we called on you because you are a current cast member of Future Dreams. The winner of this season has yet to be decided but the company is already currently looking into the future of Future Dreams Project. While your involvement with it isn’t completely over yet, you have a choice to make right now; whether you want this involvement to be minimal or to continue to be a part of it.” He pauses and finally, Aecha speaks: “We aren’t allowed to reveal what’s coming, but I have to be honest with you; if you choose to accept this offer, this will limit you temporarily in your acting career.” This sounds more like a warning than a precision. Hyuncheol continues: “once again, the decision is yours to make. If you refuse to continue with this project, don’t worry, there are others ready to grab on this opportunity.”
I must be popular this year. Rachel thinks as she’s sent right to Hyuncheol’s office again this morning. She has less trepidation in her heart this time though, because last time it was good news, and she hasn’t done anything (yet) to mess up her good chances. (Not that she would dare to, as this is actually messing with her future.)
She traces the well-worn path to the office only to be greeted with solemn looks that strike a small chord of fear into her- had she screwed it up after all? If she had been caught somehow with Jeongha she would never forgive herself for it. They were careful, it couldn’t have been that. Somehow, Rachel manages to muster a small, yet polite smile and greet them both in return before she sits, folding her hands in her lap in an attempt to cover the way she was itching to fidget with something to alleviate her tension.
She listens carefully, blinking in surprise as she processes the information and allows a small portion of relief to flood out the nerves. She hasn’t lost her chance, and they’re giving her a choice. Future Dreams seemed like something of a hail mary pass to her in the first place, and now, what she’s hearing is that she can practically leave the torment in order to support her career, and they’re allowing it.
Hyuncheol and Aecha continue, and as soon as they conclude, Rachel’s head shakes right away. “I don’t have to think on this.” She begins, “With all due respect sir,” she directs towards Hyuncheol, maybe a little apologetically, but confidently “I don’t want to be an idol… I will gladly forfeit my position in the project if it means being allowed to do more of what I really have a passion for. Thank you for allowing me to make the choice for myself.”

on saturday, april 4th, during free training, you are called to kim hyuncheol’s office. a woman you have not met yet, but will come to know in the future, is sitting with him in his office. while she comes off as graceful and polite, she looks like the type of woman you do not want to cross. “daehyung, let me introduce you to HEO AECHA. she is the head manager of the newly formed lgc agency” hyuncheol announces. “nice to meet you.” the petite woman says in a warm, almost motherly tone. “i am here because legacy entertainment is looking to expand its talent management. after reviewing profiles of many trainees, mr. kim hyuncheol and i believe that your talents would be put to better use under lgc agency, as an actor. if you desire to continue singing and dancing, we’ll try to look for compromises once the time comes.” she explains. it seems that you do not have much of a say in this transfer. “you will remain under the care of mr. kim hyuncheol until further notice. you will also be handed a new training schedule starting from april. he will keep me updated on your progress.”
Daehyung’s first thought was that he might be in trouble. Don’t get him wrong, he was a careful villain who typically did well to hide his tracks, but that didn’t mean he was invincible. Do enough shit and you are bound to get caught one day, that was simply how the life worked. Daehyung just didn’t think he did quite enough to be penalized by karma yet.
The woman was attractive, but in the same way his mother was, which meant his eyes didn’t linger for more than a respectful two seconds. This was a good thing, because otherwise they might be on their way to a scandal before his career even officially begin.
“Thanks,” he responded simply to her announcement. “I am sure Hyuncheol will miss me.”
Some peered at his face curiously as he stepped out of the office, but if anyone had hoped to read some juicy news from his poker face, they’d be disappointed to find nothing. Daehyung was the king of blank eyes and in fact, allowed nothing to show even when he returned home. His mother put dinner on the table, wearing a top that resembled what Heo Aecha wore earlier. Daehyung thought it was hilarious, but decided for both of their sakes to not mention it.
He didn’t tell his parents because Daehyung was the irritating type of kid that would want to surprise his folks by literally switching on the tv and turning to a show with his face on it. There was only one person he shared the news with, and that was his seven-years-old little sister. When Daeun pushed open his door that night even though he told her to never enter his room about three hundred times, Daehyung waved her closer instead of shooing her out.
“Sit here, Piglet.” That was what he nicknamed his sister.
Daeun tried to put her arms around his neck, the tiny twinkle in her eyes showed she knew the gesture would not be refused. She was young, but she had learned her older brother’s mood usually aligned to the songs he played on the guitar. Tonight, the air had been filled with cheery tones. “Want to hear a secret?” Daehyung placed his guitar aside so he could lift his sturdy little hog of a sister. “You can’t tell mom and dad.” He lifted his pinky - a movement which she mirrored.

As soon as you arrive at the company on March 2nd, you are asked to report to Kim Hyuncheol’s office. The man is waiting for you, alone, drinking a coffee. As soon as you come in, greets you then asks you to close the door and take a seat. While he doesn’t seem to be in a bad mood, he looks rather serious. “Jinyoung, I called on you today, because you were a part of Future Dreams last season, but decided to step back for the second season. The company is currently looking into the future of Future Dreams Project. While your involvement with it isn’t completely over yet, you have a choice to make right now; whether you want this involvement to be minimal or to be a real part of it. Once again, the decision is yours to make. If you refuse to return to the project, don’t worry, there are others ready to grab on this opportunity.”
he’s never been to hyuncheol’s office as often as these past few months, so much that he takes notice of that new plant the head manager added to his decoration since the last time he was there. he turned down future dreams then, wanting to focus on improving his skills before considering joining again, should the opportunity ever present itself. to say he’s shocked by the proposition would be downplaying it. jinyoung can’t believe the words he’s hearing. they... want him back on the project? from the way hyuncheol is speaking, it seems like it might not be a new season. or maybe it is, but it’s so vague jinyoung isn’t sure what to think. if he truly performed so horribly during the first season, they wouldn’t have even suggested he accepts this, they would have simply discarded him and recruited someone else. so there must be a reason, he tells himself. is this what he needs to do? “i... thank you for the opportunity...” he says quietly, hands grabbing the fabric of his training pants. “i will join the project again.” he looks at hyuncheol with determination once he announces his decision. “thank you!”
@lgckrp
[[ ooc note: if your character chooses to accept to return to Future Dreams Project, the idol career path will be locked for him, either as primary path or secondary path.
You have until March 14 to reply to this prompt and tag the main to let us know your muse’s decision. Should the deadline be missed, we’ll assume your muse has rejected the offer. ]]

   MERRY CHRISTMAS, LGC MEMBERS!
merry christmas, lgc members! oops! this time you didn’t just send something to they mods, they also wanted to send something to YOU!! every single mod, below the cut, has something wonderful for you all to hear! (no, this is not the christmas present side event lol)      our mods deserve all the love in the world, but the members all deserve a little extra love too!      happy holidays and everyone have a good new years!
admin l, writer of @lgcxjun, @lgcmiso, and @lgcnami says:      1) what is your favorite part about being a mod?      making the members happy. when we put out a new event or implement something new in the rp and members are super excited about it, that's what i like the most.      2) what is the most memorable moment from being a mod in lgc thus far?      hmm.. i think it's when we officially opened the rp for reservations and they came flooding. we weren't expecting this. we thought it would take weeks before we get enough reservations to open and were pleasantly surprised when in 48h we had the 10 minimum. we never expected to have over 50 members, either. so this whole experience has been amazing for us      3) what is the best part about lgc members/writers (characters or muns!)      seeing the characters grow right before our eyes, that's the part i love the most. seeing the progression of each and everyone of you all always make us happy. the admods are your biggest supports, i swear to god. i also love how our members aren't scared of giving ideas and participate in the growth and events of the rp! we always love incorporating our mun's ideas      4) anything else you would like to mention?      thank you for being here with us <3
admin *, writer of @lgcdanbi, @lgcnathan, and @lgctaesung says:      1) what is your favorite part about being a mod?      oh gosh… i can’t pick just one! honestly, it’s just being able to plan and create stuff for our members with such a fun and dedicated team like the one we have here! we have so much in store for everyone, and we just hope y’all are as excited as we are for the big things to come!      2) what is the most memorable moment from being a mod in lgc thus far?: for me specifically, it had to be my *first* trimester change as the head of graphics. i literally SLAVED lmfao over our Q4 2020 graphics, and it was so nice to see how much everyone enjoyed the roleplay’s makeover. plus, now that we’re getting closer and closer to Q1 2021, i’m both excited yet SUPER nervous about the aesthetics i want to put out for lgc in the new year!      3) what is the best part about lgc members/writers (characters or muns!): character-wise, i can tell everyone is genuinely invested in their muses’ development and careers here. even though idol krps aren’t anything new, it’s such a breath of fresh air to be a part of a group where people want to see success with their muses from the very start to finish. mun-wise, it’s gotta be activity check sunday’s! seeing people’s live reactions to the queue is DEFINITELY the highlight of my week.      4) anything else you would like to mention?: we’re a small team here (but i swear it feels so much bigger!), and we dedicate a lot of our time in running lgc behind the scenes than in writing for our own characters. it can be a bit of a bummer and can definitely take a lot of muse and motivation out of you, but we’re always so appreciative of how considerate and thoughtful our members are of us. we’re not perfect—no one is!—but despite our flaws, it’s so inspiring to see a place (a home?) like lgc last for over a year and still be going on strong. and we can only thank you guys for all of that! so! thank you!
admin g, writer of @lgchanbyul, @lgcjaesun, and @lgcyumi says:      1) what is your favorite part about being a mod?      i have a strange love for lists and stats, and so i actually really enjoy the administration part of being an admin. honestly, i would be the type of person to start a roleplay just to do the logistics lol. i enjoy helping to keep things neat and orderly, though admin a. has been doing a really great job of making my processes even better. my strong suits are not events or graphics, so i leave those tasks to the rest of the team. i think because of that, we make a really great team, and i just enjoy getting to see the fruits of our labor week after week and seeing people excited over them as well!      2) what is the most memorable moment from being a mod in lgc thus far?      there are many memorable moments, of course, and this might sound silly … but probably when we received our first application that was not from one of our og staff members. frankly, when we started this group, we were fairly certain no one would want to join, especially with so many other great roleplays around, so to have watched it grow over these last 16 months has been pretty incredible!      3) what is the best part about lgc members/writers (characters or muns!)      i wish i could give a special shoutout to each person, but that will quite literally take me a year so i apologize that i’m taking the easy road out. i think the best part about our members is just their willingness to help, whether it be helping others understand the points process, what is needed for an event, or just any of the other logistics that might lead to confusion. it puts a smile on my face to see that teamwork and selflessness exhibited by so many of you. when we mention that we’re stressed, there is never a shortage of eager hands being raised to offer help, and we always appreciate that. i think it’s not easy being a big group, and it can be easy to feel left out, so i just continue to applaud those who really help to make people feel at home!      4) anything else you would like to mention?      2020 has certainly been a wild roller coaster ride, but it’s certainly been made better by getting to write and interact with all of our members. i hope that those i haven’t had a chance to write with yet that i will get to do so soon! thank you all for your continued support and i hope everyone has a happy holidays and a happy new year! may 2021 be a better year for all of us!      thank you also to leaf for organizing this! you’re truly a trooper for putting together this special treat for our members ( and months ago for doing it for the admin staff as well )! always appreciate your thoughtfulness in spending the time to think of others. ❤️
admin a, writer of @lgcaeri, @lgceunhye, and @lgcsanghyun says:      1) what is your favorite part about being a mod?      my favorite part is seeing people’s reactions to everything we do in lgc and using some of those elements to help build their character or celebrate their accomplishments. a good example of this are the events that have been revealed in the past and reading the reactions and feedbacks encourages us to think more about what kind of events we can make or improve on!      2) what is the most memorable moment from being a mod in lgc thus far?      i’ve only been here for a short period so i can’t quite name a lot, but the one that i can think of on top of my head is during the end of the trimester. it’s usually the busiest time for us for several reasons, but it feels the most rewarding to me personally because behind the scenes, we really try to make sure that everything goes smoothly. add that everyone is so patient during those times and we really appreciate it! i personally want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all of the positive messages and support you have sent to us! it really means a lot to us! ❤️      3) what is the best part about lgc members/writers (characters or muns!)      i mentioned this previously in the one year anniversary post, but i would say it’s the community that has been created and developed over time. it’s gone through a lot and the fact that we’re still active now still shocks me sometimes! aside from that, i would also say reading through the solos and posts that we see on the dash (and yes, we see what is going on 👀). while there is so much that i don’t know about everyone’s muses, sometimes it’s nice to just sit back and see what everyone has been up to lately.
admin c, writer of @lgcxking and @lgcjin says:      1) what is your favorite part about being a mod?      for me it’s seeing members get excited about events that we put out, and creating new canons based off them. i don’t think i would be able to keep being an admin if i didn’t feel this sense of wonder and excitement coming from everyone!      2) what is the most memorable moment from being a mod in lgc thus far?      i’ve probably mentioned it way too often by now, but when we created lgc we expected it to die off after a couple weeks/months. we never expected to last so long and it wasn’t easy in the beginning, but after a while, i’d say around october/november, we started welcoming a lot of new muns that have become such an integral part of the rp. the fact that we’d have enough members to form a lot more than one group for each gender is amazing in itself. and the 2020 family concert really had me realize just how far we’ve come! to see all of those muns and muses experiencing it for the first time even though they’ve been in the rp for so long and achieved so much.      3) what is the best part about lgc members/writers (characters or muns!)      i don’t want to name anyone in particular because i’d want to talk about everyone and that’s impossible, but like i mentioned above, it amazes me whenever i see everything that the muses have achieved in a year. i think i realize now just how many events we put out LMAO. some muses are fairly new but are already on future dreams or lgc girls japan, others have begun acting, producing, hosting, etc. i always love to see the very detailed plan everyone has for their characters and even though it might take a while to happen ic, it’s important to set goals! some that might not even happen in a near lgc future, but it gives such life to muses. i also love seeing friendships form, relationships grow, suddenly being on dash and realizing that a muse FINALLY confessed to another, or sometimes just discovering important information through someone else because we can’t possibly read every single thread on dash (i’d love to, though, trust me). there’s a ton of people i haven’t interacted with yet on my muses, and i would sooo love to do it but with the amount of work that goes behind the scenes… let’s just say though that we love every single muse and i’m probably a bigger fan of them than you are!!!!!      4) anything else you would like to mention?      small mention to you, leaf, for doing this! thank you for the love and care you put into these types of projects it’s very cute ;; we really liked getting messages from members last time too. also, to anyone reading this, just know that we’re glad you’ve decided to join us on this legacy journey!!!! why do i feel like i’m ending this too dryly but I LOVE YOU GUYS and thank you for all the support, patience, understanding and time investment <333
admin y, writer of @lgcjaehwa says:      1) what is your favorite part about being a mod?      i'd say seeing members dropping random appreciation posts and messages would be my favorite part! there were times where i tend to overthink and become a mess. although it may just look like a simple ask, random messages like these really makes my day.      2) what is the most memorable moment from being a mod in lgc thus far?      my first 'project'! its something i planned all by myself and to receive positive feedbacks makes me feel proud of it! i'm usually pessimistic when it comes to myself so this is really a big deal for me. this project is not out yet but will definitely be revealed in the future ;)      3) what is the best part about lgc members/writers (characters or muns!)     the best part is of course the community!! i never expect myself to stick to a rp for this long. there is this saying, 'the muns keep the rp running'. without you guys, lgc will not be where we are today!      4) anything else you would like to mention?      i just want to say that although i'm not close with everyone, i do hope i can get to know more lovely people here! and i thank you guys for staying with us throughout this journey. i'm sure lgc will still continue to stand strongly for the months or even years to come <3

on saturday, april 4th, during free training, you are called to kim hyuncheol’s office. a woman you have not met yet, but will come to know in the future, is sitting with him in his office. the stranger seems perky, friendly and undeniably… cute. “insoo, let me introduce you to BAE MIHI. she is the head manager of the newly formed lgc music” hyuncheol begins. “nice to meet you!” the woman exclaims with a bright smile. “i am here because legacy entertainment is looking to expand its talent management. after reviewing the profiles of many trainees, mr. kim hyuncheol and i believe that your talents would be just right for our new band project under lgc music. if you have more inspirations, we can work together to mold the career of your dreams!” she explains. it seems that you do not have much of a say in this transfer. “you will remain in the care of mr. kim hyuncheol until further notice. you will also be handed a new training schedule starting from april. he will keep me updated on your progress.”
insoo was nervous. the times in his life where he could literally feel his sweat rolling down his temples (aside from those that he was physically training that is, and not induced out of his own personal insecurities) were counted. granted, it’s not like he had the attention span to be keeping count. regardless, insoo had the gnawing sense of dread creeping up his spine despite his overly-peppy persona. he smiled with all teeth as a staff member called him out in the middle of training, finished stretching as he was on an awkward position to not do otherwise, and followed the lady down the hall until they reached a dead end with his thoughts in overdrive.
it was a wide room. a meeting room, to be exact (but the details are not important), where he sat with restless feet and an odd habit he hadn’t been aware of on full display- which was flipping his drum sticks on his fingers like chopsticks. it wasn’t until a woman introduced herself that insoo found himself stopping abruptly, his fingers dropping the object in his hands out of surprise. he was trying to calm himself without success, so far. he listens intently without much of an expression at first - an odd fit for him, whose features tend to display his feelings on his face 24/7 unless he’s decidedly acting - and then, the lady’s smile puts him at ease. “thank you.” he says at last, having stayed uncharacteristically quiet all throughout her spiel. “i promise i wont let you guys down!” he exclaims a lot more cheery, recuperating his spirits now that he’s certain he’s not in trouble.
there were once too many occasions in the past that these type of meetings lead to tricky situations where he had to either charm his way out or somehow convince the other person of being given another shot. his childhood and teenage years were… playful (to say the least). he exits the room after exchanging greetings again with a bow, nearly skipping from excitement all the way back to his dorm.

happy birthday!
january 14th 2020
as your training group starts its first lesson of the day, the coach suddenly tells everyone to gather around. when you’re all listening, they suddenly call your name. “jeon hansol…” they don’t sound angry, but they’re not smiling either. are you in trouble? did you do anything wrong? “we heard it’s your birthday… isn’t it?”
before you can react, everyone starts laughing and applauding as a few more staff members enter the room with a cake and a small box. they all sing happy birthday to you, and once the atmosphere calms down again you get handed the box. it contains… letters? “you received a few letters from fans. they also sent this cake. we hope this will brighten your day despite having to come in for training.”
and right before you all get back to practice, a staff member tells you your gift from the company: a day off to use this upcoming month! you can claim it whenever you want as long as it doesn’t fall on a day with official company activities. have fun!
it feels like it’s just another day, another training day. the fact that he’s held captive by the rhythm given with each beat, the dance absorbing him into motion, it’s just further proof that he’s not entirely there to remember that it’s his birthday. turning nineteen, twenty in this country, was a big deal, sure— but now that he’s passed that, turning this age doesn’t hold a lot of significance. perhaps he’ll come home to a few presents from the few friends he remains in contact with from the high school, prior to his audition and subsequently the contract in legacy. and he knows the presents: horrendously expensive, luxury items that he knows he can afford without blinking an eye. it’s nothing unusual, and he isn’t looking forward to unwrapping them; he would rather... see if he can take a day off to celebrate it with them at a comfortable restaurant somewhere. no yacht, no villa this time, but he’s definitely more content with just having quality time with them.
when the first session is over, however, being called to gather around usually doesn’t always mean a bad thing, but he’s nervous anyway. when his name is called, he surmises that it’s another mistake he’s committed during the steps— but he thought he didn’t make too many, and it was all fun and laugh until this moment. he meets the trainer’s eyes, piled with anxiety. the pounding, hammering heartbeats remind him that he needs to be humbled regardless of his status as a senior trainee, just like everyone else in the room. the next occurrence, though, causes his eyes to widen. of course, like any other year, he will get this small celebration. it’s not uncommon, he just tends to let anxiety build up before anything else... blame the pessimist in him. he smiles widely at being congratulated for another year passed with legacy, the letters definitely contributing to his beaming. “thank you!” he bows at the rest of the team, especially the staff, to show his respect, gratitude. when being told that he has a day off as a birthday gift, he also thanks the person telling him that. a perfect momentum, of course— he just needs to arrange a time to make the small reunion with his school friends come true.

april 1st 2021
as your training group starts its first lesson of the day, the coach suddenly tells everyone to gather around. when you’re all listening, they suddenly call your name. “choi natalie…” they don’t sound angry, but they’re not smiling either. are you in trouble? did you do anything wrong? “we heard it’s your birthday… isn’t it?”
before you can react, everyone starts laughing and applauding as a few more staff members enter the room with a cake and a small box. they all sing happy birthday to you, and once the atmosphere calms down again you get handed the box. it contains… letters? “you received a few letters from fans. they also sent this cake. we hope this will brighten your day despite having to come in for training.”

it’s a bit of a curse having the birthday she has, but she doesn’t really acknowledge it as much. for her, time simply passes and unless told a specific date, she doesn’t have much time to notice what day it is most of the time. all she cares about is what day of the week it is and when day, lunchtime, and night was.
she treats today like any other normal day of training when all of a sudden, talking amongst the other members of her training group before the coach comes in. when they tell the girls to gather around, she’s a little curious about what the occasion or announcement could be. but she keeps silent so that she could be able to hear what it could be... only to hear her name. they don’t seem to show a reaction at first, making her a little concerned about what words would come next.
is she in trouble? she doesn’t think she did anything bad. she’s tried following most of the rules. did they catch her being annoying to yein and misinterpret it?? hopefully not...
Tumblr media
at the sudden announcement of her birthday, she blinks at them. “wh-”
the laughter and applause throws her off guard as she watches staff members come into the room, singing her happy birthday and even handing her a small box. she looks up at the coach and despite the shock of events, she couldn’t help but smile and laugh. “thank you,” she responds to the staff members before bowing her head to everyone. she puts the gifts given to her aside before returning to training.
she’s excited to read all the letters from the fans (that she still can’t believe she has!!), as well as enjoy the cake and call her mother in the evening to talk all about it. today may be a day of pranks, but she’s glad to know that she is appreciated regardless of her antics.

On the 14, while the girls are out to perform, the boys are surprised by fans’ gifts as they enter the company for their first lesson of the day. A table has been arranged in the entryway with gift baskets on it. Upon coming closer, you can notice that each basket has a name placard in front of them. It’s obvious that each basket has been prepared with care. Yours contains PEPERO BISCUITS, a pack of GHANA CHOCOBAR MINI, a pack of KANCHO COOKIES and a pack of OH YES CHOCOLATE CAKE MINI. At the bottom of the basket, sits a handwritten note:
“Dear Jiho,
We wish you a beautiful Valentine’s day ^^
Kindly, Lee Jiho DC Gallery”
he’s not expecting much when he enters the company building on valentine’s day. all the girls are out today, to perform at the different schools and he’s pretty sure none of the boys in legacy have a crush on him. and if they do, then they’re really good at hiding it. he’s mostly sure that today will just be a normal day of lessons and training at the company, and he would stop by one of the convenience stores or an olive young to get some chocolate or something.
but he’s proven wrong the moment he walks into legacy.
the table in the entryway has baskets on it, and he curiously glances over all the placards and realizes that what’s written on them are names. he quickly steps forward, scanning over all the placards to find his own, catching sight of the LEE JIHO on one and picking up the basket immediately. he takes it with him into a practice room so he can look over the different goodies, already excited to eat them.
he’s in the middle of wondering whether he should go to the head office and thank everyone or not, as he’s digging through to look at everything inside, when he finds the note. if he had thought this day couldn’t get any better, he was completely wrong. he had thought this was a basket from legacy to cheer the boys up, but this? this makes him almost want to cry.
somewhere out there, there was a fan union for him. some fans had liked him enough through the handful of events he had been in to make a dc gallery for him. he stares at the words ‘lee jiho dc gallery’ for longer than he would like to admit, before he carefully folds it up and tucks the little note into his wallet. this and the slogan he had received at isac were going to be reminders of what he was working towards, and all he can think is thank you.
