다시 RUN, RUN, RUN! jino and @lgcbrooke in what was supposed to be two people running in their own worlds but somehow became a cat-mouse chase? hi jerry, meet tom!
despite his usual idleness, jino had made an effort to keep himself active. whether that meant going to the gym frequented by the rest of the trainees or waking up well before breakfast and going for a run. neither the move to seoul nor the entry into legacy had deterred that routine. which was why, come 6 a.m., jino was up and shaking out his knots from sleep — stretching carefully in front of the dorms while the morning haze creeped around him.
in just a few minutes the bus for 6:05 would roll around by and he’d start his run, a small jog — for almost a mile or so before he’d start his short sprints; a growing endurance he was trying to adapt to, having had lost a few when he had moved during the summer. at least in the fall, the heat had yet to reach its peak, so he pulls the hood of his jacket over his head.
by the time he hits the half-mile mark, he feels the beads of sweat and people begin to start their days. up ahead, he notices another fellow runner on his path — a small part of jino wonders if he could overtake him, another worries that he’ll trip himself up as he finds himself growing closer, almost looming in the other’s trailing footsteps.
it doesn’t help that the gloom of the morning has yet to subside, if anything, jino thinks it has gotten thicker.
in a split minute decision, he thinks — to hell with it — and runs faster, picking up his pace with the slightest thought to overtake the other in front of him.

river,
it’s been a while since i last wrote. did i worry you? or were you secretly hoping that i went off and died in a ditch somewhere so there’s no obligation to write back? unfortunately, for you, i’m still alive and kicking (ha). but barely. it’s been busy. work really picks up around this time of year. i didn’t even go home for chuseok. same for you? what do you do? don’t think i ever asked.
remember when i told you about that little ba my friend’s roommate? the one who doesn’t like me for no reason. he’s been a pain in the ass lately. can’t even come by for a minute without him making a big deal out of it. weird, right? i haven’t done anything to him, but he’s here acting like i ran over his dog or stole his girlfriend - maybe i should, so he has an actual reason to hate me. kidding.
also i was thinking. since we’re in the same area now, isn’t it about time that we meet up? no pressure. only if you want to.

it's really no secret that aside from training, the one other thing that wenjun spends most of his time on, is flowers. he'd always been a fan of them, and had once even dreamt of taking over his mother's florist shop. though of course, that was a dream he'd tucked away at the back of his mind, now all too busy with trying not to look like a helpless fool while dancing.
still, that didn't mean that wenjun spent no time with flowers at all. if anything, they remained a source of comfort for him. and well, truth be told, while he did enjoy making bouquets and raising plants in his tiny little room, he wondered if he perhaps had the hands to create something else.
which was exactly how he'd found himself walking into brooke's dorm, a few flowers in hand and some scissors and glue ( just in case!! ). he'd been more than thankful when brooke offered to teach him more about creating jewelry and pressing flowers. it was an art that wenjun was truly truly excited to learn more about.
"brooke," he smiled, entering his friend's dorm. "for you~" he joked, holding out the flowers he'd brought. he settled beside the younger boy and his eyes were bright with anticipation. "i'm so excited! really! i brought the best flowers i could find for us!"

there was something about using his brain to solve a puzzle that tickle his tummy. this was going to be fun, this was definitely going to be fun and keeho was determined.
however, it feels like they've barely made progress as they were searching around through the library. Books were laid out on the floor at he dug through the books to find the next clue. "be careful," he whispered, pointing to the mess he had just made on the ground. books of all sizes and shapes just lying there. keeho scratched his head and he continued to look through his book, "what are we looking for again." he asked before tossing the book over his shoulder as if he was in some movie. "i don't think the clue is here let's get out here. i think we're behind everyone!" the debate of whether to clean up his mess or not was running through his head. "let's clean up first before someone trips."
