Salted Caramel Cheesecake with Pecan Recipe:- Cake size:- 9" Springform cake pan Prepare for crust 150gm digestive biscuits (crushed) 25gm fine granulated sugar 65gm Lurpak butter (melted) Baking temperature and time:- 180℃, 9~10 minutes Prepare for cheese filling 900gm Arla Natural Cream Cheese 180gm fine granulated sugar 15gm corn starch 4nos whole egg (L/A) 1nos egg yolk (L/A/) 120gm Arla High Stability Whipping Cream Baking temperature & time:- 200℃, 10 minutes then 100℃, 60 minutes then Turn off and remain in oven, 60 minutes (this will prevent cracking on top) After completely cold to room temperature, seal whole cake pan with cling film and chill overnight.
