In addition to prev anon’s suggestion of halalfoodiemy on insta, u can also look up klfoodie, jomkita,ezlokal (more local, hole in the wall gems), malaysiafoodandtravel all on insta! You’ll find some really nice gems if u dig deep enough 🤠there’s also state-specific accs like penangfoodie or johorfoodie if youre spending time out of klang valley. hiiii angel! oh god it's good that i just had a fat shawarma bc i know just by clicking on all of these pages that it would've made me sooo hungry. I'm gonna go dig and add places on google maps! I'm also headed to Langkawi after KL and then Singapore inshAllah, my SG map is already full to the brim of places to go try but if you've ever been to Langkawi and have some recommendations, I'd love that! The one place I really wanted to go to (Nina café) is marked as temporarily closed so now I'm nursing a broken heart because it was really the best nasi lemak I've ever eaten in my whole entire life... I cannot wait to fully experience all that MY has to offer on the culinary front, my first trip there last year felt like a missed opportunity bc this one agent of chaos joined my bestie and me and not only got on my nerves on a personal level but also nothing was to her taste smh she was always complaining about the food i truly cannot imagine having such an underdeveloped palate and such shit taste but anyway. this is a revenge trip!! i really do have a list of all the foods I have to try on this trip so I will keep you updated!

Not the first time I'm trying homemade desserts from @simplyfluffy1 , but it's the first time i'm trying dessert treat box. Pretty sure any girl (or anyone) would be happy to get a delicious gift box. #sapotlokalsaturday This dessert treat box contains: Japanese Iced Cheese Vanilla Chiffon - Iced cheese? my first time hearing it! Think it's cause of the icing sugar topped on the creamy but light cheese❤️ gold leaf? Feelin glam. - Cake is cloud cotton, soft but it's not overpower by the generous amount of frothy cream cheese. -Cheese is not jelak, it adds texture that melts like cotton candy with the slightest pressure between your tongue and your palate. -Slight icing sugar on top adds a level to the velvety light cake.👍🏼 Butter Marbled Cake - Nicely marbled, best eaten at room temperature. if refrigerate, reheat to taste better. Not too buttery, so it's not too heavy on the palate. Choc Hazelnut Praline Choux - Satisfied filling of the Choux is 100% cornstarch free.👍🏼,Chocolate hazelnut cream is made of whipped cream, choc and hazelnut paste you could taste it's not the ordinary custard cream (mainly eggs, cornstarch and cream). Choc Almond Shortbread - It has that crisp, taste of rich dark chocolate pushes the decadence level of a normal shortbread up a notch. Having so few ingredients in a plain shortbread, you know that it means the quality of ingredients used are good to get the great taste. 👍🏼 Overall happy with the dessert choices, it's suitable to try a variety of desserts or as a pretty appealing food gift.
