I almost forgot to upload these Playing legends 2, my beloved... i forgot how fun Klaymoor and Bola were. They dont have many appearances compared to the Bonnes or Glyde, but theyre very interesting nonetheless. Esp since they were cut from Tron's game!

So I said I had an idea for a Bonne mech yesterday. After a morning of doodling and an afternoon of spitballing detail ideas with Nerva, say hello to the Dornröschen!

It's basically one of Tron's chop-shop specials that she had a little fun with involving steel hosing, spikes, treads, and leftover Gustaff bits. It's also my own personal mech once I actually learn to pilot the damn thing. It's main method of fighting is to build up as much momentum as possible before retracting its head and limbs to slam into the opposition, with or without the spikes.

If it were actually in the game I'd imagine the trick to defeating it would be to get it to ram into the wall so the spikes get stuck, leaving it open to take pot-shots at. That drill bullshit the blue brat can pull with Klaymoor doesn't fly with me, though, and I will smack the shit out of him if he tries it.

Another batch of NPCs for my Dance Funk 3000 series. This sketchdump is messier than my last one because I wanted my sketches to feel "more loose". 😛

Dimitrios was based off an idea I had for a character so many years ago, but never put it into fruition since I had no use for them until now. I even had the idea to sell them off as an adopt, but I didn't do so since I liked the design and was rather fond of it. Specster was inspired by a character and the aesthetic in Cool Cool Toon. Hanako is the third and final member of the Yoka-Oni's (the other two members are in the first sketchdump (https://giantpurplecat.tumblr.com/post/180663745913/heres-a-couple-of-sketches-of-some-competitors). It took me a while to get a design for her while also trying to make it interesting and unique as well. I also based her off the futakuchi-onna yokai.

Bola is honestly one of the best things about MegaMan Legends 2 because when you look at official art for him you think he's going to be like this ultra badass scary assassin dude who will slaughter you in 0.5 seconds flat:

But then when you finally see him in the game he's actually just this super chill old dude:

He's just got this bored look on his face and his attitude is basically "I really don't want to be here but I'm bored as hell and don't got anything else to do and Klaymoor wants to go on an adventure and I better keep an eye on him or he'll throw his back out AGAIN and I'll have to take care of his old ass AGAIN and probably throw MY old ass back out in the process AGAIN and damn it all I want to go home..."

I really hope he would have appeared in MegaMan Legends 3 with Klaymoor.

I’m playing through Legends 2 for the first time (our original disc was too scratched to play, so I bought a new one) so this is the first time I’ve gotten far enough to meet Klaymoor and... he’s so CUTE??!

Probably my favorite characters from Megaman Legends 2; I remember being pretty disappointed they didn’t get much screen time. Since the series is probably never going to be revived, I figured I’d pay tribute to these cool-ass air-pirate brothers.
