I finished "Kira Kira Pre Cure A La Mode" like a month ago, and I have brain rot that makes a Miraculous Ladybug AU out of anything with an animal theme so here we go. I would label this more as a crossover tbh and even thought of my own rules to make it coexist in the Miraculous Ladybug Universe.

To start, they break a few Miraculous Rules: the Miraculouses themselves have no resemblance to the animal they're imitating, and their powers are closer to their Pre Cure ones, which are baking/cooking based. And the reason I have for this is that these are technically not Miraculouses and technically not kwamis.

They aren't the "Miraculous of [x]" representing a concept, they're actually fairies who desire to be heroes. As such, they're actually at odds with Kwamis and there's a bit of a feud between them - the Kwamis have always worked alongside humans and see the Fairies as reckless and violating nature's laws, while the Fairies see the Kwamis as hording all the fun and not even trying to bridge the gap between them.

I imagine akumas would start showing up in Japan in Ichigozaka, bringing out the six PreCure Miraculouses, and they'd eventually follow them back to Paris to have a showdown with Hawkmoth AND the existing heroes. While the kwamis and fairies are having it out, the humans are meeting in the middle.

Ichika uses Whipp to become Crème Fouettée (Whipped Cream), a Bunny Hero with the ability "Batter Up", which captures the enemy in a giant cake. It has the side effect of being able to extract an akuma, but it can't purify it.

Himari uses Flann to become Swirl Caramel, a Squirrel Hero with modified clacker/rope darts as a weapon and the ability "Cherry Bomb", which is pretty self explanatory.

Aoi uses Aisuu to become Glace Bleue (Blue Ice), a Lion Hero with the ability "Gelato Shake", which encases her fist in a block of ice for even more painful punchs.

Yukari uses Cookie to become Kitty Macaron, a Cat Hero with a spiked yoyo and the ability "Cat Scratch" which inflates the size of the yoyo and increases their strength, making them able to scratch through anything.

Akira uses Chocco to Chien Rouge (Red Dog), a Dog Hero with the ability "Chocolate Armose" which creates a chocolate shield.

Ciel "uses" RinRin to become Blande Volante (Flying Bands), a Pegasus Hero with the ability "Kiracle Rainbow", which fully purifies the enemy and all of the damage caused during a fight. (If you know you know)

After watching the first episode of wanpre, I’m feeling like this will be a good season! After the last two were pretty lackluster (I could barely finish hiropre and dropped delipre halfway through), this one feels more lively and fun! As long as it doesn’t end up being boring.

#it makes me sad that we’ll probably never get a season like fresh or ddpc or heartcatch or hugtto again with a strong storyline #imo the last really strong season was starpre but it seems like modern precure are taking from hgpc more #i hope this season is like kkpcalm where it’s mostly just fun shenanigans but also has a good supporting cast and some good character arcs #don’t let me down mr toei!!#precure #wonderful precure

i think it's so funny that glaive never got a redemption arc in kkpcalm, when pretty much EVERY OTHER VILLIAN DOES. like he's just a shithead until the end of the show. even when he helps the precure remake the world his reasoning is that he'd rather do that than die in the endless void. when his kirakira gets restored the first thing he does is go "thats right!! im a BAD GUY" and sends out his little creatures to go do mischief. hes so fun

what do you think of cure wing being the first male cure who is part of the main cast?

It's a dream come true, honestly. I watch the Precure franchise since Heartcatch and I always dreamed of a male Cure. Why can't boys wear cute outfits and save the day, just like the others Cures? When there are girls fighting in series labeled as "boy media" like Kamen Rider?

As a gay boy, Precure has saved me countless times during rough moments of my life. When I came out, during KKPCALM airing, I remember watching the episodes several times to distract myself of the chaos happening at home.

When Pikario appeared as a temporary Cure, I freaked out. However, he didn't join the main team. A wasted opportunity imo.

Now Cure Wing is here and his debut episode was very emotional to me. I'm not embarrassed to say that I cried A LOT during his transformation sequence.

I never imagined that a Boy would join the main cast as a Precure Warrior. I hope they add more boys in the future.

For those that dislike the idea, just don't watch the season. There are literally 19 seasons of just girls fighting, rewatch them and let others enjoy the season.

I'm interested in your AU Precure x Miraculous. You said that fairies can't use magic on their own (as a Precure fan, you're partially right, that even though they are magical beings, they don't know how to use magic *in Precure, for the most part, magic is learned * but there are fairies that have powers similar to kwamis *ignoring the human form of some of them* like Chiffon and her psychic powers or Ha chan) So, in your au, how did the fairies do to create the "magic hero items" ?

This is why I don't have much info lol since the only Precure I've watched is Kira Kira Precure A La Mode. 😓

But IN KKPCALM, at the very least Chourou, the old mage Fairy, created a compact plastic version of the cafe to make it portable, so we'll just work off that and assume any physical "Miraculouses" were made with an old Fairy. Possibly working with the original Precure of the series Lumière, which actually helps with lore and being the origins of why Fairies want to work with humans so much. It also helps that she has a French name to tie in how she and the fairies learned of the Miraculouses (ignoring that the Miraculouses are "from" Tibet).

I was inspired to do the crossover because KKPCALM's Precures have both a cooking and an animal theme, so their superhero forms are based on their animal forms, but their attacks are based off baking, which is one of the clues that they're not True Miraculouses. (Though some Fairies, like Macaron, do try to fake it though by mixing the animal and baking inspirations.)

So technically it can work with any Precure power, you just have to assign them an animal.
