They get to spend all of quarantine with their s/o (Monsta X)

Request : Hi!! Could you do an exo and/or Monsta x reaction to getting to spend all of quarantine with you?

Shownu :

Omg this precious little bear was beyond excited to spend quarantine

Like as soon as his manager said plans were cancelled until further notice he ran out of the practice room

"Y/n I'm staying with you during quarantine..."

"Oh. Aight"

Your guy's quarantine consisted of laying in bed from the moment you woke up till 4 pm

As well as making a lot of food

And taking baths bc social distancing who?

Leads to other things 34% if the time, bc why not??

And of course singing together and him teaching you how to dance to all the songs

Cooking with this dude, where do I start

100% chance of making a mess

Would knock over bowls of side dishes while trying to grab a towel to wipe his hands

Just smiled at you when the food is all over the ground

Talking to the other members over the phone during dinner so it was like you guys were all eating together

Taking food to the other members and leaving it on the doorstep

One time they came outside before he was able to run back to the car and he was convinced he was contaminated

You had to spray him with Lysol to make him feel better

Him just being a whole lil bear the whole time

You guys would go on walks when you'd feel couped up too much

Y'all would be that extremely cute ass couple during quarantine

"I'm so glad I got to spend my quarantine with you" he'd say while kissing your forehead

Would literally be so happy to spend time with you

Hasn't seen you in like 2 weeks because of his rigorous schedule

When he finally gets to you're guy's apartment he'd just drop all his stuff and run to you, wrapping you in the biggest hug

You guys would eat until you couldn't breath

Ordering take out everyday sometimes for all 3 meals

You guys would take an online art class because why not

Video chatting his family and ofc the members to make sure everyone was well and healthy

Calling his mom 3 times a day

Would be the person who stocks up on toilet paper

Disinfecting everything every morning

Singing karaoke every day after dinner

Doing workouts in the living room because you guys gained weight and he wanted to watch his gorgeous figure

You'd help him write lyrics

You guys would try to be productive and do fun things like read at least once every other day

He'd be so happy to spend time with you like omg

Would literally cry when he looked at you sometimes bc he just loves you that much

You guys tried everything possible to pass boredom

If you got sick would literally call an ambulance

He would not let you leave the house

Would cry when he came home, because he gets to spend time with you for who knows how long

You guys just hold each other and cry

Would follow you everywhere

If you went to get the mail he'd go with, if you needed to run to the store to get food, he's right by you

"Why is the door locked??? Y/n, you alive? Did corona get you???"

"Don't break the door down! I'm taking a bath"

This little jerk picked the lock

You guys just sat in the tub for like 3 hours talking about what you should do during quarantine

Things you would do together during quarantine include sitting in the tub for 3 hours everyday

Calling his sister every day so he could talk to his cute niece

He would teach you all his rap parts from every song he could

You guys would send the members a goodie package every week with food and toiletries

Because he worried about them

You guys would take online dance class

Because why not???

He would enjoy every minute with you

You're guys little vacation came to a halt when he fractured his fibula after falling down the stairs

He felt bad that you had to take care of him

But he was so grateful to have you by his side to help him

A/N: Omg I put so much info in this it hurts my brainnn. Last part tho, I hope you enjoyed this super random story.Sorry for any mistakes made. It’s long so get ready for this.

Kihyun enjoyed watching you eat the cake he made for you. He felt such delight just by you complimenting his cooking abilities. He used his thumb to gently wipe away the small smudge of chocolate left onto your lips.The moment his skin made contact with yours, you grabbed his hands and cupped them between yours.

“You are so cold!”

“It’s actually o-” his words got stuck in his throat ,when you pulled his hands close to your lips and blew warm air trying to warm them up. For the first time in forever he felt a nostalgic beating in his chest. His pale white skin was tinted a slight pink color and he couldn’t take a breath. Kihyun was confused, he didn’t know all this could still happen to him.

Feeling drunk off this new feeling, he pulled his hand out of your fingers and cupped your cheek. It was warmer than before, but you still flinched a bit.

“Can you bear with it for a bit?” you looked into his dark eyes, losing yourself in the pitch black nothingness. The words weren’t coming out and your heart was beating so fast you couldn’t comprehend what has happening in your body. You nodded, parting your lips a bit ,as your eyes scanned his whole face. Slowly you closed them, waiting with anticipation for this to finally happen. Even though you met him 2 days ago, it felt like forever that you had been searching for him.Ages since you had felt him this close.

“Stop right there before I end your undead life!” your eyes flew open as you heard the sharp yell from the direction of the entrance.

“Who are you!” Kihyun said with the same energy, as he pulled back from you, standing up.His arm was holding you behind him as tight and close as possible.

“I will tell you who I am when you step away from her and I chop that hand of yours clean off!”

“Nice try!” out of nowhere Wonho popped out with the other boys.He was standing in front of you and Kihyun in a low stance. You could feel the blood lust filling up the room around you.

“Hae what is going on here?” you asked, confused and gripping onto Kihyun’s clothes

“Y/N, let go of that Jiangshi right now!” your brother waved his arm in the air, when you slowly did as he told you.Your head moved up to look at the boy that stole your heart, waiting for something, but he didn’t move his head at all.

(Jiangshi- asian vampire)

“Brother what do you mean by that?”

“Your beloved over there is a Jiangshi! His skin is pale, he has a Taoist talisman around his neck and he is the one who tried to break into your room. That cream you have with jojobe seeds stopped him, since it’s a Jiangshi’s weakness.Not to mention the way he has a slight hop in his step.He reacted to the sound of bells as well.Everything points at this. He is trying to drain your life force!” it all sounded bizarre, but fitted perfectly.How else would he have known where you live when he picked you, or that chilling feeling on your way home...the footsteps in the garden.

“Give Y/N back to us! I will not approve of this relationship!” your dad pointed at Kihyun ,holding in his arm a sealing talisman.

“Wai-” as he was trying to explain ,Wonho cut him off

“Fine by us! This is how things were supposed to go in the first place!” there was a flash of light and you found yourself in another place, it felt more like another world. There was nothing around you only empty space. Your family was stunned for a moment ,when Wonho’s hair started moving softly around him,as if it was under water. His body contorted in strange ways “Don’t!” Kihyun tried to stop the boy, yet it was too late.

The traces of his human form were gone. You could only see a big dog with a reddish-maroon coat and nails, amber-colored nose and eyes.His curled bushy tail and pointy ears were contrasting his scary looks and sharp teeth. Wonho was no more, the creature standing in front of you was known as a Bulgae. He was loyal and you could see that with the way he was protecting Kihyun and everyone else.

(Bulgae- - a dark dog creature said to chase the moon and the sun to bring them back to its master)

“I won’t let you harm my family.” he growled low and deep to warn about his potential attack

“And you think we will let you take my sister in the name of your family?” your brother hissed from his position- head low and eyes dark with anger

“Kihyun!”Wonho howled “Take her energy and lets get this over with!” Jooheon was panicking ,but in the moment everything was happening so fast, that he pushed you towards Kihyun and you ended up kissing. In front of everyone.Amazing first kiss story.

Laying his eyes on this, Wonho felt triumphant, that he had saved his family. There was silence. The boys were confused and you felt dizzy pulling away from Kihyun. He was holding your weak body in his hands, not knowing what to do.

“You.....” you could hear your brother’s voice become deeper and resonating with the world around himself. The bell on his earring was making loud sounds, echoing none-stop.His body started walking slowly towards the mess you were in. “You are all dead, you are all so dead.” his body started growing, the hair on his head started becoming thick and long like a lion’s mane.

“Wonho,Hyungwon step back!!!”Shownu yelled out in the nick of time ,before the boy got stepped on. The shiny scales on your brother’s body and his long fangs caught everyone unprepared for what happened.

“What is going on here!”Hyugwon’s head felt like it was looking at the high skies “What is he!?”

“Hae...” you mumbled your brother’s name, hoping he would calm down.You were still in a daze so your words weren’t of much help.Your body’s state enraging Hae even more.

“I will get you right now little fox, so just relax.”

“Hae... the bell on his ear....” Minhyuk gasped, turning towards his friends “You idiots decided to prey on the sister of a Haetae!?” he threw his hands in the air “We are fucked. Soooo fucked.”

(Haetae- lion with scales on its body and a horn on it’s head ,that knows when one is telling lies)

“We can take him on!” Wonho said with confidence, standing his ground “He is one and we are 7, even if he is of the high ranking legendary creatures.”

“Everyone let’s stop this!”Kihyun tried to reason with the adrenaline drunk pup, but he was too far gone for that.

“I agree with the Jiangshi over there.” your father pointed at Kihyun wiggling his finger up and down “Let’s finish this already, I am hungry.” stretching his back a bit, he extended his hand to the side.

“What are you doing old man!” Chang Kyun followed every move the opposite team was making, since this had turned into more of a mess than expected

“Who are you calling old!” with a swift flick of his hand, your dad pulled a sword our of thin air.The material looked soaked with energy from times that have passed “What is wrong? Never seen a Go Dokkaebi before?”

(Go Dokkaebi- a particular kind of goblin, great at fighting and handling weapons)

“A Go Dokkaebi!?” Minhyuk commented again with even more enthusiasm “Can this get any worse?” his eyes landed on your very confused mother “What are you Misses? A dragon? A dokkaebi too? Please surprise us, we are fucked any ways at this point.” he was ranting on and on, but your poor mother didn’t even know what was happening, the same as when she had to run all the way here.

“Minhyuk shut up and help Wonho!” Jooheon swung his arm from one side to the other, as he himself was preparing for what was about to come

“What do you want me to do against a Go Dokkaebi and a Haetae?I am a Gwisin for god’s sake! ” Minhyuk fluttered his shirt around aggressively “The only thing I can do is throw my hanbok in their face and flash them!!! “ he was expressing all kinds of pissed off emotions at the whole mess at hand, knowing that there was no way for them to get out of this after what Kihyun did to you. “Plus that ,that oversize Bulgae Wonho can only try and bite their asses!”

(Gwisin- a type of spirit / ghost)

“Maybe I can do more if you helped me!” Wonho got slightly offended by the underestimation

“You are trying to fight legendary creatures! What the fuck do you think will happen!? Just give the girl back already!”

Hae slammed his big paw, shaking up the universe you all were in.The sheer power in his front leg was enough to make the boys lose their footing, no matter what state they were in or position. “It seems that the Gwisin has brain unlike the rest of you.Give us back our little fox and we are going to be even.”

“We can’t do that.” Shownu’s calm voice intercepted all of the yelling and screaming. “ There is no proof that after we return your sister, you will let us go. Truth be told, Kihyun already did his thing and we are in a very big mess.” Shownu stepped forward and bowed down his head, kneeling with his back towards his friends “ A soul for a soul. We will return your sister, but in exchange I want you to take my soul and life as payment for my family to live on. They will move cities if you wish them to.”

“Sh-shownu what are you saying?” Hyungwon’s voice trembled as he looked at his friend, laying his own existence on the line for their well-being “You must be fucking with us...right?You have a plan don’t you?!”

“Of course he does! He always has a plan!” Jooheon let out a forced laugh, but the silence of his hyung shook him deep down

“No plan this time guys.” he was looking back at the boys “Even if I am not here to get you all out of situations, be careful.”

“You are not really going to do this!?” Wonho growled out

“We are family.” Shownu’s head looked up at your dad’s figure coming closer to him “ I am not going to let the most important people in my life to die from one mistake.” he lowered his gaze “Promise me that when I am gone you will let them be.”

Your father looked at the strong figure the boy had and the loyalty practically dripping from his body “You weren’t born a creature, were you?.”

“I was once a human warrior born during Goguryeo .I watched the falling of my lands and the coming of many dynasties. I was loyal to many emperors and many masters. With the coming of the new age my power was not needed and I ended up meeting the people you see behind me today.” he explained

(Goguryeo- was a Korean kingdom located in the northern and central parts of the Korean Peninsula and the southern and central parts of Manchuria)

“Even if you have no emperor to follow, the warrior code in you never changed, now loyal to your friends.” your father lifted his hand in the air.The sword’s blade was illuminating the area around, shining with power and authority “As a warrior myself, I give you my word that your frie-...your family shall not be harmed. With your life you will pay off their mistakes and wrongdoings.” his hand relaxed and came down with such speed. Everyone’s eyes were focused as the blade moved in slow motion.Was there going to be a scream, a sound, anything? No, because Shownu had pride.Everything was going to be silent and peaceful.

“STOP!”

Kihyun yelled out almost like the screeched sound of a beast in sorrow. His arm reaching out towards his brother, trying to grip him tight. A crashing sound followed and the ground was slit open from the ancient weapon. Silence took over the world, not a breath was heard not a blink was made.

“Get up kid.” your father left go of the weapon. It’s blade now stuck in the ground, almost one with it. “This metal is resonating with the screams of creatures and humans alike who have wronged in sinful ways. I am not going to take your life as payment for your family, seeing as they all would jump in front of my swing and take it for you. I agree with the Gwisin boy over there.” he pointed at Minhyuk “This has become a mess that we need to clear up.”

“Father what are you doing!” Hae growled in anger ,when your father pulled out the sword and hit him on the head

“Is this how we raised you? Calm yourself! You turned this whole ordeal into something bigger than it actually was. Saying things like this Jiangshi stealing your sister’s bead !” the authority your father had over your brother put him in his place, reverting Hae back to his human form

“He could have for all we know, it wasn’t with her! Why else would he have been in her room at night?!” he pointed at Kihyun

“HE WHAT!?” your dad gasped, a boy visiting his daughter was even worse than death by the hand of an enemy.Your mother quickly ran up to your dad and grabbed his shoulder.

“Honey, let’s not be rash.We can talk this all through.The kids already know they are in deep trouble and they can’t lie since we have Hae here.” she looked over in Kihyun’s direction “ Plus the poor boy looks on the verge of death for the second time.”

“Kihyun!” Hyungwon and Shownu ran up to their brother, trying to keep his body straight “ Are you ok?What is going on here?” he was pale, even more than before and one of his eyes couldn’t even open at this point. Wonho was confused as to what was going on here.

“You fed didn’t you?” the boys asked him, but Kihyun could only nod with the strength he had left

After the whole situation had calmed down, you got a firm grip on yourself.Looking around things had progressed so much in the time you were dizzy and lightheaded. The boys were focusing more on their friend, than on you in which time your brother ran up to you. His eyes were scanning you up and down, checking if you were hurt, bit or anything as a matter of fact.

“Now that we have all calmed down.”your mother walked up with a bounce in her step and looked down at the exhausted vampire. “I will ask you a few things and you will answer.Even if you think about it, no one and nothing can lie to a Haetae.” Kihyun nodded agreeing“Sweetie give him some power.” your father did something that you didn’t understand and in a matter of seconds Kihyun was more mobile.

“Why did you talk to our daughter in the first place?”

“I-I...” he stood up, looking at your mother face to face “I meet her for the first time in the supermarket a day or so ago. At first I was hunting, I admit it, I can’t suppress my Jiangshi nature since it keeps me up and hopping. But the moment I laid my eyes on her something shook me inside, I don’t know how to explain it.”

“Why did you follow her home!” your dad jumped in with the million dollar question

“I was planning to go home.Following her was never my intention. On my way outside I noticed that a lot of lesser mischievous creatures had in interest in her. Most are harmless ,but the ones around her could materialize objects and play pranks that can be harmful. I followed her to your home to make sure nothing happened ,since the night is when they are the most active. The scratch on her neck is from me, they were hovering all around Y/N’s body. I never intended to harm her.”

“What about the window?”

“I startled her outside the store and she dropped the bags ,with them a small bracelet. It looked important and I wanted to return it. I couldn’t just walk up to your front door or stop her while she was walking, since it would look like I was stalking her. I know it was a bad idea from the start, but I saw the open window and decided to drop in and leave it somewhere.”

“The hand-cream with Jujube seeds stopped you I pressure.” your brother asked and Kihyun nodded “Still that doesn’t explain the force you used on her window lock.”

“Cut the child some slack honey.” your mom once more spoke out “If he was hunting he probably hadn’t eaten in awhile. During hunger waves he gets stronger because animalistic instincts kick in. He probably broke it by mistake trying to suppress his energy.”

“Look I am sorry for everything that happened here. I asked Y/N out today not to feed on her or anything. I am practically at the end of my life line right now, if I wanted to do it, it would have been over by now. I have fed on many beautiful women, all of them just died in my arms and I never blinked an eye to it.I never wanted to do that to your daughter.For the first time in all my lives I felt an urge to protect her, a need to make sure she is ok. I could never bring myself to harm her in any shape or form. When she smiled at me, my cold lifeless body felt warm, I felt a heart beat, something lost in my memory. There was such a nostalgic feeling whenever I would look at her and not be able to get close-.”Wonho opened his mouth letting a calm voice out

“ Before you stormed in the cafe.” he threw an angry look at your brother “ We were talking about the way Kihyun was acting. He was dying, he knew and felt it but he didn’t care. I wanted him just to go and feed since I didn’t want to lose....my brother.”

“Yet he looked so happy we couldn’t bring ourselves to pull him away from her.”Hyungwon caught the end of Wonho’s sentence, expressing his feelings as well “ Kihyun preferred to live a short time suppressing his hunger with her than to feed and lose Y/N. The closer we looked, the better we could see how much he was clasping his hands together to protect her from harm.”

“The disgusting truth was....” Jooheon looked away from Kihyun

“That you would have staid back and watched it happen and not intervene even as you saw him die in front of your eyes. Knowing you could help immediately.” the boys nodded after your father finished Jooheon’s thought

Kihyun looked at you, pulling you closer by your hands. He was talking to you, not to your family or his, only you.

“As a Jiangshi I am terrified of my reflection, but I still kept looking in the glass window to see your face. I found my reflection in your beautiful eyes, but I didn’t feel fear or anything. I could keep looking for ages to come and to go.No Jujube or talismans can keep me down at this point.” Kihyun placed his hand gently on your cheek as you leaned into his now warm touch, closing your eyes “I want you to stay with me. Deep down I wanted to lock you up and take you away.I am a selfish monster- I know, I probably can’t give you what you need- I know, but that doesn’t mean I can’t try to make you happy.”

Your brother took in the sight in front of himself and the pure words. He sighed and scratched the back of his head, making the bell on his earring sing “You don’t need a Haetae to tell you that he means every word he says.”

“He is so infatuated with Y/N that even your earring didn’t make him move.” your mom giggled to herself ,as she leaned on your dad’s shoulder, remembering her romance

“What good does all this do? He fed on her but his life energy is even lower than before.” Wonho kicked something aggressively

“Oh child” your mother smirked and crossed her arms in front of her chest “You, Shownu.” he looked over concentrated “Have your parents ever told you why you shouldn’t follow beautiful women in the forest at night?”

“It has been some time, but as far as I remember, men would meet a Gumiho that with a kiss would suck out their life energy and leave them to die.” his answer made your mother clap her hands loudly

“There you go. Our little Y/N here hasn’t been feeding as well and you were basically giving your energy to her, so her instincts kicked in and she absorbed some of it.”

“The bracelet you wanted to return is the fox bead ,that I have been trying to compress for the past year.” you said

“But this looks more like a marble to me.” Kihyun looked at the bluish tinted crystal ,when you hit his shoulder offended by the rude comment he made of your work “Haha, I am sorry. I take it back.”

You pulled the bracelet out of his hand and tore the elastic. The boy looked confused for a second before you suddenly punched him in the stomach. His body bent forward and you stuffed something his mouth ,causing him to swallow it with the breath of air he took.

“What did I just eat!?” he looked at your innocent stare

“My fox bead. It should give you life force without hunting and it saves you from the second plan.” you smiled, flashing him your pretty pointy teeth

“I think the second plan would have been better.” Kihyun’s throat had a strange feeling, since he just consumed a big rock basically

“Oh.” your mother placed her finger under her chin, thinking for a second “We can still do plan B if you want.”

“What was plan B?” Hyungwon asked

“Minhyuk right?” she looked at him “Your question from earlier about my kind will be answered so look closely.” your mom winked at the boy “Plan B is the same as A actually.” as she was speaking her body began to grow large and change it’s shape, splitting in many ways “But, here the thing getting swallowed would be you.”

Her form had 9 tails but also 3 fox heads, the shape of a dragon and the energy of a legendary creature that had lived on this Earth for many millennia.

“If you become my servant you won’t need to hunt and feed but you will kinda have to do what I say.” every one of the 3 heads would speak one after the other “ Honestly I always wanted to see what it felt like having a maid in the house.”

“Are you possibly a water serpent....?” Minhyuk stuttered

“Actually.” your mother came close to him, until the boy was stranding next to all 3 heads “I am like you, a spirit. You can call me a fox spirit like a gumiho, or a dragon spirit. I don’t mind whichever you chose. My given name is Samdugumi.”

“So, if we all had actually fought against a Do Dokkaebi, Haetae, Samdugumi ohhh and Y/N the Gumiho...what would our chances have been?”

“Mom preys on both living and dead, so I guess you all would have been lucky to be killed by me or dad.” Hae shrugged at Minhyuk. The boy’s face changed into a strange almost shocked look.

“Good to know we didn’t go thought ANY of that.”

“ Wait...then Kihyun is not going to die?”Shownu asked

“As long as he has my bead in him he is good to go.” Hae patted your head proud of the decision you made on you own

“Smart thinking little fox.”

“But didn’t you work none stop for a whole year to make that? I heard you need the fox bead to achieve all 9 tails?” Kihyun was worried about your choice, was he worth the work you sacrificed?

“Don’t worry about it.” you tip-toed kissing his cheek “I have 25 more beads at home. I have this bad habit of starting things and not finishing them. Maybe I should actually start working on the one sitting in my bag since 33BC.”

“That...that is quite some time before my birth.” Shownu didn’t seem to express a lot of emotions, but this statement made even him react

“So are we all good?Are Kihyun and Y/N allowed to be together?” Chang Kyun asked looking at everyone for some kind of confirmation

“We are good, this whole fight was a mistake in the first place.” your mother looked at Hae “Since a certain overprotective lion overreacted. Honestly! If we had just asked it would have been sooo much easier!”

“What if he had bitten her!” your brother tried to defend his noble idea

“She is a Gumiho Hae. Nothing was going to happen.You saw that yourself.The vampire was the one suffering in the end.” the truth was this after all “Let them be. Come let’s go!” with a firm grip on Hae’s ear, your mother pulled both him and your dad back to the living world

“I guess we will go too. Have fun.” Shownu did the same as your mother after gathering all of his kids up

The realm became empty and quite, now with only you and Kihyun in it. He turned towards you, about to say something, when you placed your hand over his eyes.

“Wh-a!” you caught him off guard. The blue light suddenly hit his eyes. Looking around himself, he found nature- rustling leaves of bushes and trees, wild animals big and small. The moon was high up and the air was fresh. “Where are we?” he asked turning in all directions, trying to get it all in.

“This is my realm. I thought that since you were born during the old dynasties that you might like it here. In a way it feels like I took us back in time.” you smiled,clasping your hands behind your back

“I love it here. It feel like home.” maybe it was the cool wind ,but a lonely tear formed in his eye and dripped onto the ground.

“Kihyun?” you pulled your sleeve a bit and wiped the trail left ,away “Are you ok?”

“I am not.” you got a bit worried with this answer, but soon it proved a unneeded emotion “I don’t know how I am. I can feel a heart beat, I am crying ,even my body is warming up. All these emotions that I had forgotten about are bubbling out of me.” a sharp giggle startled the boy.Grabbing his clothes you pulled him to sit on a big rock. Your head leaned onto his shoulder as the wind began blowing stronger.

“You weren’t feeding properly and so you weren’t getting enough life force to sustain your bodily functions.The bead I made you eat actually supplies more than what you need, so you will look like a human pretty soon.” you explained, closing your eyes and feeling his presence next to you.

“I never wanted to hurt anyone, but even with the small amount of energy I took, they still died in my arms. “ Kihyun’s body shivered next to you “It’s been so long that I had forgotten what cold was.” he swung his arm around you, trying to keep you warm with his new found power.

“It’s ok.” you said smiling. He suddenly felt the soft and warm feeling of something behind him.The moon light reflected off every single silver strand of fur on your tails. Kihyun relaxed his head onto yours. “The moon is pretty today.”

“It is, but I prefer to look at you.”

“We have an eternity for that.” his words were like honey to you

On a moon lit night, on top of one lonely rock, the Gumiho and her lover share one hug, one life force and a life time of love.
