I have read and watched a fair amount of mangas/animes and this is the first time a 40 years old man is outright disgusted and creeps out when a teenager says she loves him and wants to marry him.
Thank you Kill Blue for not making fun of such a statement and not using the teenage body of the protagonist as an excuse.

It is so fucking silly but i kind of really really dig Kill Blue???
Just a jaded old man who discovers that Learning Is Fun??
A mangaka putting an old guy into a high school setting in a teenagers body and NOT have him be all inappropriate about the underage girls and instead be PROACTIVELY SKEEVED OUT when they are hitting on him??
Top tier stupid manga over the top comedy?? IT'S JUST HONESTLY SO!! FUN?!!
LIKE LOOK AT THIS SILLY BILLY ASSASSIN THAT WAS NEVER ALLOWED TO BE A KID RAPTUROUS BC HE GETS TO JUST!! LEARN THINGS??
I love him

I gotta say, Kill Blue's total intolerance for severe child/adult age gaps is pretty refreshing. There's no 'oh but it's okay if I'm ALSO a middle schooler' it's just straight up 'I have to dodge this girl without blowing my cover and if she starts looking at me with puppy dog eyes forrealsies I'm going to puke'

you ever get the impression a manga ka and their editor are in the midst of an epic battle of wills
