Yowamushi Pedal fanfic [Kiji Kyuui/Yoshimaru Raine] : 'cause the way we complicate it's simple

Summary:

“I'm gonna participate in the road racing Inter High and win there too, this year”, Kiji keeps going, as if it makes perfect sense. It doesn't. “Yon”, he adds, and it does not help his case in the slightest.

Raine can see his stupid grin even through the phone.

He doesn't say anything, just tightens his fists and grits his teeth. He feels like he might be about to break the phone if he holds it any tighter.

“Yoshimaru-chan? Are you there, yon?’

The urge to throw the phone against the wall is strong, as is the urge to take his bike and ride to Gunma just to strangle Kiji.

“What the hell, you bastard”, he just says.

And then hangs up.
