Bandai Japan Announces Kei-Tama & En-Tama Tamagotchi Smart TamaSma Cards

Throwback! The 25th anniversary celebration is still going! Bandai Japan has announced two TamaSma cards that are a true throwback! The Kei-Tama and En-Tama TamaSma cards will take you back more simple times. These two TamaSma cards will be sold as a set, and they will be exclusive to Bandai Premium Japan. The set is designed after four Tamagotchi models these are Keitai Tamagotchi Plus, the Keitai Tamagotchi Plus Akai, the Chou Jinsei Enjoi Tamagotchi Plus, and the Ura Jinsei Enjoi Tamagotchi Plus.

Not much information has been released, but we do know that the set includes a pack of eight stickers featuring various characters from the era of the releases mentioned above, we’ve taken a deeper look at the images provided, and here’s what we’ve found.

Characters on the Kei-Tama TamaSma card include Wooltchi, Dorothy, Debatchi, and Ribotchi. Characters on the En-Tama TamaSma card include Togetchi, ShimaShimatchi, Maidtchi, and Bra Mametchi. The items on both TamaSma cards will be from the era as well, a lot of these items are bringing back TamaTown memories. The wallpapers seem to have some nostalgia as well, including a pixel based watch face. We’re so excited to also see a Ura TamaTown watch face, and a mini game with Ms. Frill!

The set will be released in November of 2022, but no exact date has been provided yet. Preorders are available on Bandai Premium Japan at ¥3,960 and will close on August 28th, 2022. This is a super cute TamaSma card that will definitely bring back the nostalgia and we’re all about that!
