However I did keep Salim Benali in mind, who is a writer and mentions that he sells his paintings at the flea market sometimes, should you wish to keep him here. As this loft have different floor heights, the apartment is shared as two separate rooms.

2. 920 Medina Studios - A nicer apartment furnished comfortably for parent sims with a teen

3. 930 Medina Studios - A large family apartment furnished for entertainer parent sims with a teen, a child, and a toddler. With minor adjustments you could place washer and dryer in the bathroom next to the kitchen if you want

4. 121 Hakim House - A cozy family apartment for the Jang family, which consists of comedian dad, painter mum, and one child. The parents share a study where they work on their crafts

5. 122 Hakim House - A comfortable family apartment for parent sims with 2 teens. I think the parent is an art critic. One of the teens is an avid gamer and the other is an aspiring musician.

6. Fountainview Penthouse - A single story penthouse furnished for parent sims with a teen and a child. I decided to build it simply and ended up with the same shape as the original - it just fits.

Original Description:

I want to create a save file for all simmers, whatever packs they do or do not own. Each lot in this save was built using only basegame and the pack that the lot comes with. I know that this also means my save file is not as fully integrated as many others out there, but this was the best solution I have to maximize its accessibility.

I am still working on this save file. I will be updating it as I finish rebuilding more worlds.

No CC or mods required

You can use this with no packs, any combination of packs, or all packs installed

Worlds from greyed out pack icons above will be as default if you have the related packs installed

Uninhabited and inhabited (with edited EA premades) versions available

Edits may include wardrobe, relationships, careers, and/or home lot changes

Please do not reupload this save file or the lots and sims contained therein :(

Happy simming! Remember to tag me when you post from my save file :D I use the same username everywhere! (quiescence90)

Installation

Back up your \saves folder

Download the version you want

Rename the file if you already have a save file with that same number (important!)

Place my save file in your \saves folder

Start the game and load up JQ Base Save

Choose your starting season

Save the game in Live Mode (important!) with an existing household or after creating a new one

Delete my simself >< Do not do this before step 7!

Basegame worlds only - other worlds will be as default if you have packs installed

Uninhabited and inhabited (with edited basegame EA premades) versions available

Basegame EA premades in habited version have been given careers and relationships

They also have new outfits including Hot and Cold weather outfits

All lots are fixed (multiple patch releases broke some that are already on the gallery)
