So... I took my meds, which may have been a mistake as apparently the stimulants I take stay in your system for 10-14 hours and not 8 as I had originally thought...
#love having terrible sleep hygiene#it's my favourite#love taking fucking speed six hours before I have to go to bed#when I have to wake up for work the next day#jesus christ I coujd conceivably still have concerta in my system when my alarm is die to go off tomorrow morning#why did I do this??
