you genuinely cannot convince me that the snif city royal hotel song isn’t shroomses’ theme and shroomses’ theme only. this isn’t me being cringe with having an overdeveloped persona with him it’s just been screwed into my brain that it’s his theme

#i don’t know how to explain it but.#it’s the only snifshroom city song that’s out of place because it’s either the jazzy dazzling songs or dramatic stuff #but the lobby song is so. different because it’s softer but it feels more powerful? it definitely has the feel of an ancient one #and this song completely plays as you slowly learn about who shroomses was and his purpose as the king of the desert #the indivuality and constant plot-driven association of shroomses and the lobby theme feels like good reasoning #and the frequent association of music that really involves the string family + specifically the sistrum #like temple of shrooms!!!!!#there is the VERYVERYVERYVERY CLEAR leitmotif that is painfully visible taken from the lobby theme in the tos theme #there’s the burst of ancient feeling and the instruments playing different parts #plus the absolute feeling of mysterious curiosity. like even though shroomses put his stuff everywhere #you still don’t know anything about him like his empty coffin and what happened to him and everything #it’s jsut. man. temple of shrooms is the music surrounding shroomses but his true theme is the lobby theme because he’s mysterious and #almost beautiful in a historic and sensation kind of way #exploring temple of shrooms is also his theme of course but once again the lobby theme is deep down shroomses to the core. it literally #screams unknown ancient creator of the scorching sandpaper desert #king shroomses is so interesting. anyways. im insane can you tell #please please please listen to me on this one it’s just his theme so so much #ramble
