Guide for the chinese words in my novel

Didi: younger brother, could also be referring to a close younger male friend

Gege: older brother or close older male friend

jiejie: older sister or close older female friend

meimei: younger sister or close younger female friend

Names are written the other way of surname then first name, for example Li Haoyu’s first name is Haoyu and in the west would be written as Haoyu Li.
