Poor Morgoth desperately wants to go out on the balcony and I do not trust him to not fall off of it (third floor apartment) so I'm starting a project to cat-proof the balcony. I've ordered four shower curtain rods and some nylon netting and command hooks, which will hopefully allow me to create a barrier around the balcony so he can go hang out on it without jumping after one of the neighbor's dogs and falling into the fans on the air conditioner units below

#it was not cheap but it was a sight cheaper than the premade kits which are the same but expect me to drill holes in brick #last time he got out on the balcony he just sat on the railing #so i actually dont think hell TRY to leave #hes just very stupid bless him #the command hooks are just to hold the netting up at the top but if they dont work i might ask about installing more permanent hooks there #someone has done it before so i might be able to get permission
