Here is one of my fun😉 tasks that I always followed and make sure that we have every 6 months, PEST CONTROL SERVICE! To avoid termites, bugs, cockroaches, etc. I'll make sure to cover every nook and cranny in the interior. Just like removing drawers, put chemicals not only on the sides but also on the back. I'll open bilges to spray with chemicals too. Not only in the interior but also on our deck (deck locker, forepeak, and more)! Note: We were encountering fruit flies after our yard period.
