How long do you think you'll stay in the fandom or are you locked here until the end of time like me? ★ I’m willingly stuck in this fandom and I’m not looking for a way to get out.

It had been a struggle to get here.

Traffic was unrelenting. Getting through the crowd that had not gotten a seat inside and camped outside the venue turned out to be a challenge in itself. Finally inside you flung the ballcap off Bens head and looked at him over the rim of your big sunglasses.

“Did you really think that THIS…” You pointed at his and your outfit consisting of ballcaps, sunglasses and an oversized hoodie “…would work as a good enough deception?!”

Ben grinned and shrugged his shoulders. “We are inside, aren´t we?”

You rolled your eyes but smiled a little bit. Your nerves started to get the better of you quicker than you had expected. With a knowing grin Ben nudged your side. “That bad huh?!”

“Oh shut it Ben.” But although you tried to be calm and collected you blushed.

You got rid of the hoodie and stuffed it into a backpack along with the glasses and hat.

“Let´s get upstairs, I think we are already running a little late.” Ben said and held open the door to a staircase.

“Why would we be late? You were deceiving the crowd outside so well….you only needed to write 200 autographs.”

Ben huffed out laughingly and took two stairs at a time.

“If you need to be flippant to calm your nerves, be my guest.”  

He was right, of course he was.

“Sorry.” You said softly and smiled apologizingly at him. 

“I know that I am only in here because of your help. Thank you, Ben.”

“Don´t fret I will get my payment soon enough.” He grinned and opened another set of doors- now holding up his index finger to his lips.

The voice that washed over all of your senses now was equally British and smooth. The deep timbre reaching places no other voice would ever touch. A smile spread on your face and a warm feeling spread through every inch of your body as you lay eyes on its owner. Ben tugged you to his side, staying in the shadows of the balcony. On stage, on a leather sofa, in his typical manner sat Tom and answered questions. The man you had been seeing for some months before he had to go overseas took your breath away every time you looked at him. As humble and attentive as ever, he answered every question with honest thought and a smile on his handsome features. The panel was fun to listen to and a lot of laughs bubbled out of you when Tom told some inside stories from set. Easing a little bit of the ache you had felt during the 8 weeks a whole ocean had been between you and him.

You had been so engulfed in watching him shift in his seat, get up to pace the stage and always turning towards the asker that you flinched a little bit as you heard Bens voice through the sound system. He fake-tried to mask his accent and unique voice but did a poor job.

“Sooo I wanted to ask. Did you ever miss something while being away from home?”

Toms head snapped up and the 2 interviewers on stage started to laugh and looked at the screen behind them to get a better view on who was talking through the camera pointed on Ben now.

Ben grinned and waved at Tom before he grabbed your arm and tugged you next to him.

Toms face froze for a moment before it filled with wonder and started to glow from within. A big smile that reached his eyes lit up his beautiful appearance. There was pure joy written all over his features. He gulped one time, then another before lifting the microphone to his lips. He really tried hard to keep his cool.

“Did I miss….or do I miss something while being away?”

Ben grinned “That´s what I asked, yes.”

“Hmm..” Tom bit his lip for a second to keep himself from smiling again.

“A decent cup pf tea…” He started and earned a laugh for his efforts before he tried to continue.

“I guess I am getting accustomed to traveling….” He huffed and closed his eyes, pinched the bridge of his nose while pacing blindly for a second. Nervous, he seemed nervous.

“…Sorry…” he said with a breath leaving his lungs in a puff. “…I can´t…” He looked up at Ben and then directly into your eyes. “Ben. Get her down here, now.”

The crowd went utterly silent but Ben sprang into action, tugging you along. Downstairs. Into the main hall, down the corridor leading to the stage. Half way down, the crowd gasped when Tom jumped off stage and quickly strode towards you. Ben got out of the way in the last second before Tom grabbed your face with both hands and planted a kiss onto your lips that was nothing short of sizzling hot. He hugged you as close as possible afterwards and rested his head on top of yours for a second. Catcalls and gasps from the audience made Ben laugh and Tom grin with a blush tinting his razor-sharp cheekbones slightly red. You just hid your face against his chest and giggled nervously.

Tom entwined his hand with yours after letting go of your body slowly. His eyes found yours for a second and he smiled a beautiful, encouraging smile. “Follow me…” he whispered into your ear and started to walk onto stage with Ben following the both of you. Picking up his microphone again he hugged you to his side and said to the crowd.

“Meet my girlfriend (Y/N).”

Tom turned to you and added with a boyish grin. “I guess I wholeheartedly kissed our secret to bits just now…”

To prove his point and because he could not keep his distance he kissed you again…

AN: After finaly getting a new chapter of a smile to remember online I needed to write something short and fluffy to get my groove back. Hope you don´t mind ;)

1.) In Swapfell, resources are far more limited than the other timelines (minus Horrortale’s line) due to be below ground the longest. Because of this, Valentine has developed a huge hoarding issue. Nothing gross or indecent really, just mechanical parts to use for his puzzle making and traps. He does at the very least organizes his belongings to where you can safely step into his room or work space.Noire? Um…He buries everything. Literally everything is beneath their house except his clothes which consists of roughly four outfits.

2.) Unlike most of his alternates, Sombre cannot use blue magic. Instead, he can use magic of practically everyone else due to his soul trait; War. Yes, War in that world is a trait, one that mirrors the opponent in looks and stats. (Yeah, Kitty and Random, you two aren’t the only folks that shift forms freely.) The only magic he can’t mimic is shadow or dark magic. This is why he fell so easily to Jevil.

3.) Notice how Pappy seems to be getting steadily more hostile? That’s due to one huge issue; being split from Vesper. Monochrome’s people are traitless entities that thrive off of feeding on trait-filled people. Pappy had not just one, but two traits within him; Bravery and Insecurity. Currently, Pappy is trying to recollect himself after losing a large portion of what made him who he is on the inside. Be wary, for there may be a few manic episodes before he’s stable minded again.
