if anybody has any tips/advice on dealing with chronic pain it would be much appreciated <3
#tj talks#moms going to an orthopedist in two weeks i think#i just hate how long these doctors take to get back to us and then they just send her to another doctor. its so fucking frustratign man#i feel so useless because there's nothign i can do to take this pain away and make her feel better because its so bad and i want to help#i just don't know how#im gonna make one of those microwavable rice packs for her to use this weekend#its small and nothing but its something i can do to help at least a little bit#i also want to find the chiropractor who made the pain WORSE and fucking kill them oh my god#but yeah.if you have any advice for dealing with chronic pain or dizzyness lmk#not trying to rant i just want to help her but i don't know how#might rreblog in the morning for others to see because its almost 2am here so i dont think this will get much traction lmao
