Ok so I like the idea of ace fighting against his old hive but I also like the idea of him being a lost warrior from the whitebeard (called so as the king also has a discoloring that looks like a mustache, the whole hive is like that aces markings are normal to him) and eventually ace gets sabo and Marco to land on his old planet home. Marco and sabo don’t know why he’s so excited until a bunch of xenos melt out of the tree line and instead of attacking ace he bounds over and they turn into an alien cuddle puddle. Sabo and Marco are TENSE but blend in well enough and Marco turns out to be big ol whitebeards favorite after he pulls an old chunk of rebar from a chink in his plating ‘lion and the thorn’ style.

Poor sabo however, he loves it in a way, ace and marco are so happy here but he feels out of place and often wanders the jungle. Only to run into a yuanti. He panics and thinks he’s gonna die until the yuanti introduced himself as dragon and says he won’t hurt sabo. Turns out there’s a group called the ‘revolutionaries’ nearby who’ve learned to live with the xenomorphs and forsaken their old harmful societies and yep sabos found his people. Man turns into a little human yuanti trotting after dragon and tbh ace finds it hot cus sabo is rapidly getting good enough to single handedly fight a xenomorph.

Abuses this to wrestle ace when he gets back to the hive to visit.

Also I posit that bioluminescent xenomorphs are actually common but they only show it off courting a mate so no human has a clue it exists. Aces entire body is freckled and he looks like a starry night sky.
