ok so there's still time left in the route to make me change my mind again (im around like ch6 atm) but.... keiji's grown on me lmao. he's bratty and cynical but he's not like.. an insufferable asshole. while not my fav suitor, i do like their banter and funky dynamics, and i love that they kinda uplift each other, and like how this mc is so adventurous.. and for once, it feels less like mc is the therapist for a traumatized lead and more... human. like she's made mistakes and lost her temper because she's in this unfamiliar world and she's stressed by the ever looming threat of war and wanting to keep herself and her loved ones safe... and the fact that keiji helps train her (similar to mitsuhide) and that he reminds her not to lose her path and to stick with her ambitions and follow her dreams whenever she loses sight of things again... idk i just really like that so far. they've come a long way in a short time it feels, going so far as to look for excuses to spend time together and trust each other to talk about themselves. (also his petty jealousy of ieyasu has been so funny bc mc is just absofuckinlutely oblivious pls-)

tldr; im glad i ended up picking this route on a whim and sticking to it, it's been really interesting, & the mc's a breath of fresh air imo
