If there were any form of villain-hideouts that made Starfire feel uneasy, it would be the ones underwater. Like this one.

Merliah as her help was great, truly, and she was very thankful to have her around as they fought their way in and managed to destroy the device that had been the threat - but the whole place starting to come down once that happened, was very very very ungood. Starfire yelped as she jumped away from a bit of water that was starting to shoot through a hole, and looked back to Merliah to her words.

"But... but we have left our equipment for the dive at the entrance!" Which, was without a doubt way too far away to reach before the whole place would have long been swallowed by the water. "I will need some thing to cover my face, I cannot simply go into the water." Surviving in space was one thing, a thing that any tamaranean easily could - but within a fluid? That was something else, something she certainly did not have experience with; and some thing that even those tamaraneans that trained for it did not manage to endure long.
