oh my GOD I have a performance review tuesday I hate performance reviews
#I personally think I work well but as SOON as the performance reviews come in I'm questioning every single thing I've ever done#it's moments like these where I'm like is my self esteem as good as I once thought?#performance reviews are the third layer of hell#personal#if he's not like you're a perfect angel you're the hottest and funniest and smartest person here#you've never done anything wrong ever I'm KILLING myself#If ... very often stop work a lot sooner than I should just to stay sane lmao#I cant sit behind a deks 9 and a half hours a day#but now I gotta send my boss a late email like six-ish so there's evidence i stay in late#honestly I'm not too worried about it#I make some mistakes every once in a while but I do more work in one day than he does in a week
