Im not feeling so good tonight. Im going to go to bed early again and hope it helps. Today was still a very good day.

YouTube went down for a few hours last night and i ended up falling asleep soon after that. I slept pretty well but Sweetp would not leave me alone. He was on top of me and standing on me all night. So that kept waking me up. But I still felt pretty good when I got up at 8. Didnt even need an alarm.

I got dressed and ready. I was starting to make breakfast when James texted me and asked if he could borrow my flash drive. I said of course. So he came over. It was nice to see him but it sort of threw me off my schedule a bit. Still enjoyed having him around.

He left and I cleaned up. I spent some time chilling. And I decided to leave early just in case I got lost.

I got the bus down to north ave. My gps was confused though and had me walk around the neighborhood for no reason. So that was annoying. But I found the building and went to get my background check done.

It was actually really easy. Fitsum said he had to wait over an hour. But there was no one else there. So i got there at 945 and was out by 1015. They used a neat computer scanner to take all my prints. Then I got my picture taken for my Id. Im excited to have that. I hope the picture is good. I felt very cute today.

I decided not to take the bus since I had so much time before I had to leave for work. It was beautiful out and I had a really nice walk.

I got back to my apartment around 1030. So i had over an hour to just chill. I watched tv. I let Sweetp go outside. But I couldnt just. Be calm. So i finished packing up my bag i got on my causebox and went to get the bus.

I should have taken the noon bus but i got the 1140. It really is a good ride. And since I was way to early I wandered around the neighborhood again. Picked some flowers. Looked at some crickets. Then up to the school itself.

I beat everyone there. I sat outside for a couple minutes and saw some of the 4th graders from yesterday. They waved and yelled "hi miss Jesse!!" And it was very cute.

Fitsum came and we went back to the community room. Eventually everyone else got there. Everyone seems really great and smart. The one girl is funny and keeps saying she "sees your vision" or that she "can't see your vision". Why was that so funny??? She seems great.

The meeting was fun. I learned a lot. And I was able to also write up some of a budget. Turns out i actually get 25hrs a week because I get like 5 hrs a week of lesson planning. Tiffany has to check on that but it would be like another $300 a month. This new job is really going to make everything so much easier. And with my other jobs supplementing i might actually be able to have some savings??

After the meeting me and Fitsum met with Tiffany to talk about behavior management. It was really interesting. And I feel more confident. Feels good.

Fitsum gave me a ride home. We talked about being from a different country. Art. Teaching. It was really fun.

I was happy to be home though. I got changed because it was cold in here. I tried to lay down but I coudlnt fall asleep because my back hurt a lot. I got up though and worked on some stuff.

I made pizza. I cut open my furbies. Worked on those. Worked in my diorama. And now im just chilling on the couch. I think I'm going to go wash my face and put my outfit for tomorrow and get ready for bed. I am waking up early tomorrow for an 830 shift at the bmi. So only a little early. And after that im going to get my second background check. Which is so far away. But I shouldnt be so bad gettinf out there by the light rail. Then James is coming over to carve pumpkin. I'm looking forward to that.
