fiance and i have another open house today for a place we're certain will receive offers for like 70-80k over asking but we're gonna go anyways for the wishful thinking :')

#c shut up #i say this bc our realtor told us this one 2 bed condo we were looking @#it was already priced kinda high and he told us the agent said they already received an offer 70k over asking #i have a feeling were gonna end up in an apartment which is fine!!#but :')#just sucks how shit the market is now and how impossible it is #for A NEARLY MARRIED COUPLE TO GET A HOUSE #cause its all these stupid fucking investors destroying the market and the interest rates and i just #im so upset about it sometimes #we just want a home we can have a family in >:( with our pretty decent combined income but apparently thats too much to ask for
