Sometime ago I found some old sketchbooks and there was some art of my first fanmew group (from Tokyo Mew Mew) and I decided to redesign them for the nostalgia.

○ Mew Mew Crystal Cake

Name: Lu, Bai Nationality: Chinese DNA: Giant panda Sexuality: Asexual Lesbian. In a relationship with Alya and Lesedi. About: Heart of the team. Angel, too good for the human world. Hopeless optimistic, kinda of a air-head. Extra: Previously Mew Mew Coconut. Name changed to a traditional chinese dessert. I know Giant Pandas aren’t endangered anymore but I wanted to keep all their original DNAs the same,

○ Mew Mew Dodol

Name: Nanda, Alya Nationality: Indonesian DNA: Black Bearded Flying-Fox Sexuality: Lesbian. In a relationship with Bai and Lesedi. About: Voice of the reason. Social anxious mess. Gets easily embarassed by her girlfriends. Extra: Previously Mew Mew Blackberry. Name changed to a traditional indonesian dessert. Her clothes changed the most but that’s because even when she was Blackberry I had a issues with her design so I decided to start fresh with her new appearance.

○ Mew Mew Falooda

Name: Wepener, Lesedi Nationality: South African DNA: Riverine Rabbit Sexuality: Lesbian. In a relationship with Bai and Alya. About: The team’s source of determination. Impulsive and indecisive. Tends to regret her choices a lot. Has a pet lizard. Extra: Previously Mew Mew Bubblegum. Name changed to a indian dessert that is also commoon on South Africa.

○ Mew Mew Beijinho

Name: Brandão, Marisol Nationality: Brazilian DNA: Painted Tree Mouse Sexuality: Aro-Ace. About: Solange’s twin sister. The one who gets the job done. Jokes a lot but is a serious and sensible person. Extra: Previously Mew Mew Vanilla. Name changed to a typical brazilian dessert.

○ Mew Mew Brigadeiro

Name: Brandão, Solange Nationality: Brazilian DNA: Painted Tree Mouse Sexuality: Bisexual. In a relationship. About: Marisol’s twin sister. The one who is actually done. Lazy, tired 24/7, too pessimist for a kid her age. Extra: Previously Mew Mew Chocolate. Name changed to a typical brazilian dessert.

I'm still not sure about lots of stuff such as their exact ages or Mew Mew marks and I'm also considering making them all mixed or something, but this was just for fun and I don't even know if I'll keep them in the Tokyo Mew Mew universe...
