I THINK I just figured out why Miles says "that man" instead of Phoenix-

You know how Gumshoe tells us about Miles talking non-stop about "Wright over and over"

Do You think he says "that man" instead now because he doesn't want Gumshoe telling him about it again and knowing the detective he just knows he wouldn't figure it out

Do you think that once Kay/Sebastian meet that man they realize it's him and tell Gummy who kinda had a guess but wasn't sure they just INMIDIATELY tell him about all the times Edgeworth talks about him?
