uh so for your song ask game, if you want to do it?
so my ldb is called laataazin (last mercy) in dovahzul and they're old, tired, and full of regret and trauma lol. they have lots of scars, don't remember their past before helgen, are a big believer in proportional force (and therefore thinks they're way too OP to interact or fight anyone seriously anymore) and all they want is to live in a hut in the woods where no one goes so they cant hurt anyone, and they want to not feel the desire to fight anymore. they don't speak and use sign because they can't control their Voice too well, and they have like. three friends and two of them are dragons. Laat doesnt feel in control of their life and largely views it as just making the best of a bad situation caused by someone else.
they worship sanguine because they met their wife the hagraven moira cause of him. they vibe with moira cause moira doesn't really give much of a damn about stuff, being a hagraven, and therefore isn't weirded out or put off by laat's past or the fact they don't really feel human anymore. they also have a shared love of poisonous tea and looting tombs. their other love interest is miraak because. it's a classic. and they save his life because they have the power to avoid killing him so might as well. and then whilst occasionally checking in on him while hes being nursed back to health gets kinda fond of him cause they can relate on both wishing they were dragons and free to do what they want.
uh so laats polyam but you don't have to do both LIs lol! I hope you enjoy the ask :)
MOIRA MY BELOVED!!! maybe its my interest in the reachfolk but i love hagravens especially moira so seeing someone else that likes her makes me happy lol ❤ i focused on her rather than miraak bc i just did some songs for him, hope that's alright!

Also totally did not answer your questions haha. I went down the rabbit hole again lol. I mean....I think it would be hard for her to flip a switch and be like, "Okay, I'm done." Asif ruined her life. And what's worse, he didn't even know/remember that he did. Like how dismissive/disrespectful can you be? Maybe she is just one person, but seeing what happened to her husband was repulsive. They literally melted him. Like...I just don't have the words for that. And she will always have that with her, on her body. So if she doesn't go after him anymore, I would understand but if she didn't stop, I definitely wouldn't be the one to be like, "Oh, Lale. Please. It's in the past." I'm personally not a vengeful person but god! How can anyone be like, you're still in this? Literally someone said that to her in the show and I was like, "Yes, bitch! Are you serious?" So again. Not sure. But wouldn't blame her if she kept going. And I think she would feel conflicted about Sean. Like, she doesn't "love" him, but she might feel a bit of sadness. And maybe dread, because it's another ally she has lost. But I don't think she would feel too bad. Or at least, she would tell herself not to feel bad. She might rationalize it and say that's the Game of Thrones, you know? You win or you die. But like I said before, I would love for Sean to wise up a bit and operate covertly. I think his youth and inexperience and insecurity drove him to be ruthless in a way that was almost caricature-like. I think that if he would have observed Alex and modeled his tactics after him, he would have been much more respected and successful. People fear volatility, which is what Sean displayed. He was completely ruled by his emotions. And people fear what they can't control. But he needs to be smart. He needs to be tactical and strategic. And I think this veil of "death" can give him the room to do that. No one sees you as a threat if they think you don't exist anymore. But a lack of existence is also freedom. Imagine the things he can do now. Not that I should be condoning any of this behavior lol. But if you step back, it's all a game. So he needs to get his head on straight and plan and win. I think the core of this show is the action, so a lot of the players use violence as a means of communication and strategy. And then you have people like Alex who rarely engage in that unless it's an emergency. Alex's weapon is his intellect. So there are few characters who move in the intersection of that. I would say Ed is one of the few who does. He is clearly a smart, intuitive man but knows how and when to use violence. I think Sean should have kept him as an ally and trained under him. I do hope Sean survived and I doubt my theory will play out but it would be nice if it did!
Oh absolutely, I would get whatever Lale ends up doing either way. Asif’s definitely going to retaliate so there’s a lot of ways it could play out next season 👀 And as for your Sean theory, I kind of had the same thought. It’s definitely the way to go considering the investors wanted him dead dead and probably wouldn’t stop going after him until he was.
If Sean kept working with Ed, that would’ve been a real force bc yeah Ed is absolutely lethal in that sense (like, no wonder he and Finn made it up in the world) and probably one of the top people to watch out for, imo. Unfortunately they’ve got different ways of going about things, lol, and I think Ed was getting sick of Sean’s unpredictability/stopped taking him seriously (assuming he ever did in the first place idk). Alex, I’m interested in seeing his development too because intellect only gets you so far in GOL world and as far as I recall, even when he tried I don’t think he was fully on board with the violence? Oh, to know what’s going on in Gareth Evans’s head right now, there are so many characters whose next storylines I’m dying to know.
Sorry it took me a bit to reply to these messages! May is turning out to be busy as hell for me 💀
