#°#i dont wanna log on just to vent but today started out so horribly. i think i ground my teeth in my sleep last night bec i went to bed#upset/angry and woke up in pain. my back/shoulders/neck/head hurt and then when i took some meds my jaw started hurting#which makes sense because when i stress i clench my jaw too much. it carried over into the dentist appt which#all things considered went well and i felt better after when we went and got some snacks.#my jaw is back to hurting but my mood has improved so like. it is what it is.#my only regret is that i didnt tel someone i thought their eyes are pretty before going home. also saw a cool guy on a skateboard.
