Ok so totally off topic for my blog so sorry but I'm gonna spam yall real quick

but I've been keeping up with an anime called d gray man for almost 15 fucking years now and i am fucking losing it. I have no idea what's going on. Every time I think I have some idea of what the plot is another chapter comes out or I read another theory and I lose my shit again. I am SO fucking emotionally invested in this series and I just went down another theory rabbit hole and am losing my mind again. Like. Ok. So. Trying to sort out my thoughts

Nea probably killed the Noah because they're using mana as a tether for the pillar/end of the world thing and like. He loves his brother

The noah MIGHT be the good guys in the whole stopping the world from ending thing.( if that's what they're doing idk) Gratuitous murder aside.

And they're keeping the earl occupied with the akuma/war against the order ? Maybe? I sure as hell don't fucking know. Neither does tyki.

The earl/adam was one person-split into mana and nea babies who were raised by catrina. Then I guess. Mana woke up as the earl and nea uhh...something???? Mana lost control to the earl probably like tyki did to joy and fuckin. Ate his brother. Got Hella traumatized. Got amnesia.

Road and cross seem to know more than most people. Wisley is probably figuring shit out.

Allen was. An older version of himself? Willingly took neas memories. Became a child. Lost his memories. Became a feral gremlin child and joined a circus. Ran into mana ( coincidence or design?) Fucking. Might have killed him????? I don't fucking know this completely conflicts with the first fucking chapter where he turned mana into an Akuma . Then coped with the trauma by adopting Manas personality and mannerisms.

Cross was working with nea. Adopted Allen because he has neas memories and fucking decimated mana or something and didn't know what else to do with him? And decided to RAISE HIM AS AN EXORCIST FOR SOME GODDAMN REASON ( also for slaughter to be taken over by nea) and not tell him SHIT

There's definitely a two sides of a coin thing going on with Allen and tyki. I feel like they're gonna meet in the middle somehow? Nothing concrete there though, just a feeling.

Random shit: how did allen get his innocence? Who'se running the order anyway? What the fuck is with apocryphos? Why does tyki look like nea? I know there's some helix of life/DNA stuff I should probably re read. What exactly is innocence and dark matter? The noah are apostles and the order seems Christian but no gods are really talked about. What exactly is the earl/are they considered a noah or something totally different. I saw a theory about the suit being a golem. What created the noah anyway. Is there a plot reason why allen didnt know literally anything about the noah before running into road or was thay storytelling? What's the whole point of the earls akuma plan? What is literally anyone's goal in this shit show? What world was destroyed by the original gate pillar cross thingy? Is there any real explanation about Allen's curse scar? How did cross know nea and maybe mana?

I know literally nothing and probably will still know nothing in another 15 years. I better not die before this series ends. Side note: how the fuck does hoshino make such beautiful art while Injured she's literally an art God-it would take me like a decade per chapter if I was in her shoes God fucking bless. As much as I went on about the series being slow it's always worth the wait.
