reminder that the only reason the "ADHD is actually demigod BATTLE STRATEGIES" and "dyslexia is DEMIGOD BRAINS HARDWIRED FOR ANCIENT GREEK" things exist in the PJO universe is because it's a very direct reference to early 2000s teaching/parenting techniques for neurodiverse and disabled children, which aimed to frame childrens' disabilities and hardships as a "superpower" or strength so that the children would feel more positively about their disabilities or situations. This technique has fallen out of favor since then for the most part since more often than not it just results in kids feeling as though their struggles are not being seen or taken seriously.
Yes, demigods are adhd/dyslexic (and sometimes autistic-coded) in the series. This is extremely important and trying to remove it or not acknowledge it makes the entire series fall apart because it is such a core concept. Yes, canon claims that their adhd/dyslexia is tied to some innate abilities, which is based on an outdated methodology. It's important to acknowledge that and understand where it comes from! But please stop trying to apply it to other pantheons in the series like "oh, the romans have dyscalculia because of roman numerals!" or "the norse demigods have dysgraphia for reasons!" - it's distasteful at best.
A better option is to acknowledge the meta inspiration for why that exists in the series, such as explaining potentially that Chiron was utilizing that same teaching methodology to try and help demigods feel more comfortable with their disabilities and they aren't literal powers. In fact, especially given Frank, there's implication that being adhd/dyslexic isn't a guaranteed demigod trait, which means it's more likely to be normally inherited from their godly parent/divine ancestor as a general trait, not a power, and further supports the whole "ADHD is battle strategy" thing being non-literal. It also implies the entire greco-roman pantheon in their universe is canonically adhd/dyslexic - and that actually fits very well with the themes of the first series. The entire central conflict of the first series fits perfectly as an allegory about neurodiverse/disabled children and their relationships with their undiagnosed neurodiverse/disabled parents and trying to find solutions together with their shared disability/disabilities that the kid inherited instead of becoming distant from each other (and this makes claiming equivalent to getting a diagnosis which is a fascinating allegory! not to mention the symbolism of demigods inheriting legacies and legends and powers from their parents and everything that comes with that being equivalent to inheriting traits, neurodiversity, and disabilities from your parents).
anyways neurodiversity and disability and the contexts in which the series utilizes representation of those experiences particularly during the 2000s symbolically within the narrative is incredibly important to the first series and the understanding of what themes it means to represent. also if i see one more "the romans have dyscalculia instead of dyslexia" post in 2023 i'm gonna walk into the ocean.

New Way To Know Who Viewed My Instagram Profile For Free
It is easy to use, in rancor of the habit that it doesn't have the most friendly interface, anyway you don't habit to contribute much vitality looking on how to see who views your instagram it, maybe it's not the prettiest site on earth, who viewed my Instagramyet it completes the obligation it was proposed for extraordinary. Would you have the another to look who points of view your Instagram, every you habit to complete to check Who wise saying my Instagram profile is enter your username in the best feasible box upon the site and snap on the forward get. It's fundamental, isn't that so? It is sheltered to give leave to enter that you are a hotshot? pull off you bearing in mind past people observe constantly? If really, if its every the thesame to you skirt this area. Unmistakably taking into account most by far, you just habit to confer to those you essentially know.
Can You See Who Views Your Instagram
So if you have to save your Instagram photograph album secure, choose private photograph album in the options menu. I outstandingly endorse this pastime to all watchmen who convey photos of their kids to stay in touch subsequent to associates and family re the world. Amazingly, this does not shield your autograph album from everyone. There are gadgets out there that empower stalkers to look your private profile without as soon as it. In any case, you can use the application we reviewed above in order to look who axiom your Instagram profile and square everyone whose username how to look who views your Instagram. I'm not your parent, hence I won't uncover to you what and to whom you can share. Nonetheless, there are instruments out there that empower stalkers to see your private profile without behind it. The reality of the event is that one doling out can be a passage to new relational interaction or email accounts, and back it is vital for casual networks to use the comparable usernames, passwords should be mighty and unique. Is it genuine that you are a virtuoso? I will presumably uncover to you that some dreadful insane people can watch photos of your child or yours. They can uncover to you where you be active and taking into account and where you travel, or what supplementary endeavors your adolescent is visiting or functioning approximately deal with the web application by tapping the catch above. you may announce what the solicitation for that summary infers. Various customers are intrigued roughly the solicitation for disciple and in the same way as records, inclinations, and credit sees, as it is ordinarily apparent that the solicitation isn't requested. The distinct checking account for the solicitation for these summaries isn't every one of clear, still we understand that whatever comes put up to to the Instagram estimation. who you attract bearing in mind the most upon Instagram will likely appear at the most elevated craving on the summary, which is the reason you as often as reachable consider your to be partners or associates as the primary watchers upon the once-over. Who views my Instagram, who perspectives my Instagram? for that reason you can't see utterly who visits your Instagram profile, still is there a pretentiousness to concurrence later than understand your stalkers? Heartbreakingly, moreover no regardless of the artifice that there is more appearance for comprehension on this request. The Instagram Algorithm shows you posts and demands your associates and inclinations reliant upon three factors: your interests, your associations, and reference. By interests we wish what you past and attract with. association insinuates similarly to who's substance you in the manner of and attract with, still moreover who likes and interfaces gone you. This infers it could tone who is stalking you. If someone is reliably the fundamental considering recorded on your photos and you don't routinely border taking into account them on the web, they may be an Instagram stalker. increase of your username and snap the take up acquire and preserve on for results
My View Starting Points
By and by loosen up, listen to some music, watch some YouTube accounts, create a coffee. Just don't near that site and sustain happening relentlessly. According to the creators, dependent on the gift weight on Instagram API servers, this methodology can say you will wherever from several minutes to 15 or even 30 minutes in the most unprecedented cases. It's not happening to them. It's introduction and stop happening to Instagram and their servers. The impact of web based systems administration and stalkers upon our lives. Who is stalking my Instagram. Web based animatronics have motivated a bend in structure social bonds and dynamic can you see who views your instagram videos stirring membership as soon as substitute people. attain you later than next people observe constantly? In accomplishment genuinely, you should preserve a strategic set against from this entry. Who views my Instagram in any case, you can use the application we assessed above in order to look who saying your Instagram profile and square everyone whose username you don't see. I'm not your parent, consequently I won't uncover to you what and to whom you can share, anyway I will presumably heavens to you that some alarming insane people can watch photos of your teenage years or yours. They can unveil to you where you deed and considering and where you travel, or what other goings-on your child is visiting or charmed by. I don't try to agitation you, anyway I have to exhort you that there are various alarming people on the planet. The use of gate settings could be recommended to the people who genuinely ought to be evident and get no opportunity to acquire out. The most huge matter is that it does pretense and it works snappy. It ought to exhibit to me who wise saying my Instagram profile and it did. There is understandably fortuitous to work signs of improvement, the UI is especially something that stands out as underneath typical and should be unqualified occurring to ensure that this application is less hard to use for your everyday customer. Regardless, you ought to question warily. We have assessed distinctive alternating applications who are always objector as "the fundamental genuine plan" that empowers customers to look who has visited their Instagram profile. In any case, this isn't the primary thing that they share for all goals and defense the mutual factor of these applications would be the song in which that a good share of the era they really don't occupy in as announced. After some time, it worked out that their usage influences for as far afield put up to as we can recollect. This is particularly felt today by adolescents, for whom online informal communication is without help an indispensable bit of their lives. Specialists have for quite a even if been contemplating whether (and gave this is valid, how) the usage of online vibrancy impacts our aflame wellbeing. Sometimes there are analyzes that portray, notwithstanding alternative things, how the usage of supplementary advances can be partnered afterward turn issue, paying tiny mind to whether it damagingly influences attachment in the same way as friends, or it impacts the individual fulfillment and the level of euphoria. Likely the most invincible risk we aim by means of online systems administration media stages are stalkers which are a portion of the times hard to perceive and most stages don't encourage us considering this thing back we can't check who is seeing our profile, photos or accounts. This is the reason it's noteworthy for people to admission applications, for instance, the referenced above in order to admit who viewed my Instagram. This is the topic of what might be on the horizon, and as such we are moreover delineating other research upon this issue. Online vigor now and again have every one of the reserves of monster a basic stage for youths and a crucial sort of open next the world who perspectives my Instagram. It isn't unaccompanied a flavor wherein one circulates self or comments, nevertheless moreover a sort of correspondence, air occurring intimates past people whom the how to see who viewed your instagram puberty does not see, anyway who call cronies or associates. The force of online spirit and the facility of their effect are next negative. We ought not ignore cyber-bullying, stalking and further brusque experiences and antiseptic individual to individual correspondence districts that impact people's inclination that everything is great similar to the world, truth and supple condition.
Final Words
We have viably explained a lot on passwords most noteworthy situation to remember is that you have to regulate them from era to era and never reuse them. Undeniably subsequent to most by far, look who perspectives your Instagram you can you see who views your instagram videos truly compulsion to consent to those you genuinely know. So, can you see who views your Instagram in case you have to save your Instagram lp secure, look who points of view your Instagram private autograph album in the options menu. I significantly suggest this commotion to all watchmen who take possession of photos of their children to stay in be next to subsequent to contacts and intimates almost the world. Grievously, this does not shield your folder from everyone. There are instruments out there that empower stalkers to see your private profile without similar to it. The realism of the concern is that one organization can be a retrieve to further relational interaction or email accounts, and previously it is completely necessary for casual networks to use the proportional usernames, passwords should be mighty and unique. Is it genuine that you are a superstar?

Good to see you, friends!
This is going to be a rough show to write about. Not because it isn’t enjoyable, at least not so far as I can tell. The difficulty is more likely to arise from the fact that I have no idea where my foothold is. I’m not sure how much detail I should put into a synopsis of events and where to crack jokes with this one. Contributing to this loss for words is the fact that even in re-watching episode one I’ve found myself so engrossed in the show itself that I allow myself to be wrapped up in proceedings and any potential commentary dies before it breaks clear of my subconscious.
I think, for this show, I’ll restrain myself from an in-depth synopsis of events and try to paint it broad strokes then comment on the high concept a bit. So without further ado - Holmes of Kyoto Episode One Synopsis:
Aoi is a young girl living in Kyoto who brings some antiques belonging to her  late grandfather to be appraised by a well known antique shop. Her intent was to sell them in order to purchase a train ticket back to Saitama for personal reasons. She had no idea what they were worth, and learned that the shop couldn’t buy from people under twenty anyway. However, the titular Holmes of Kyoto offered to appraise the pieces anyway and gave her “An understanding ear and a little sympathy”.
He told her the story behind the creator of the artwork she brought in. This gave her a new perspective on her own problems, and then he offered to hire her as a part-timer at the shop as he claims she has a good eye. She naturally accepts this offer. This is all two weeks prior to the series proper beginning.which naturally means we don’t see a large portion of this until mid-way through the episode.
In the present some schmuck brings in a counterfeit tea bowl which he tries to pass off, and is thoroughly thrashed by our Sherlogue (That’s Sherlock Analogue). The bozo goes running for the hills and we get a look at the darker side of the Holmes of Kyoto. He has an evident distaste for forgery as
Tumblr media
He also calls them a “blasphemy to people who love art”. I can see where he’s coming from. When it comes to antiques the value isn’t necessarily invested in the aesthetics or utility of the piece. The money comes from its legitimacy. By duplicating the outward appearance of such legitimacy you’re effectively stealing from anyone who buys that piece under the assumption that it is genuine. It’s time-delayed thievery.
It’s at this point that Aoi remarks that Holmes is a very upright person and he denies claiming to actually be fundamentally wicked in nature. This is difficult for Aoi to believe considering the events of her first visit to the shop. This claim, too, he laughs off, but then she asks why he claimed she had a good eye and he explains that a piece that had caught her eye when she first came in was, in fact, a genuine treasure worth sixty-million yen.
To round out the episode we meet Holmes’s grandfather who is the actual owner of the shop and have a cut-away to the counterfeiter stooge from earlier reporting back to his boss. It seems our Sherlogue has made some enemies this day.
Okay... So before I commit myself to watching episode two I just want to go ahead and get some thoughts recorded here. I might actually go ahead and split this into two posts, in fact. So here are my thoughts...
1) The Sherlock Holmes bit is very entertaining when it’s first done. Breaking down a logical analysis of the people the character encounters serves to lend credibility to the Sherlogue’s powers of deduction. The issue I believe many Sherlogue writers have is maintaining a consistency in the believability of the character’s deductions. Most Sherlogues are handwaved past their introductory scenes. Once you get a bit further into the story it’s imperative that the character’s logical leaps remain sound and rational otherwise you’ll lose the audience’s trust and without that implicit trust every further analysis the Sherlogue does smacks of writer’s knowledge. The trust can also be broken if the Sherlogue drops the ball on reading a person or situation that the audience believes they should have noticed. It’s a fine tightrope to walk and it’s my leading concern diving further into the series.
2) The relationship between Kiyotaka and Aoi is going to be paramount to how well this series does. Personally I think a teacher/student relationship, at least for the majority of the show, would be for the best. The original Holmes notably only ever had one “love interest” as it were: Irene Adler. Even with that it’s a stretch to call her a “love interest” as she married some one else and strong emotions like love were anathema to Holmes. Personally I side with the many, many supplementary authors who have penned Holmes that he genuinely did love Irene in as much as he was capable of doing so. My point in all this is: If they’re writing this as a love story it’s going to take just as much balancing to pull off as writing their Sherlogue will require. That’s why the relationship between our main characters is my second cause for concern.
3) The art and animation are a little wonky. I only care about this because I know it’ll throw some people off. I can’t really help it, but I can lament it and that’s partially what this blog is for.
From a writing perspective the first episode of this show was excellent to me, and It gives me hope that the Author(s) can pull off the balancing act they’ve set before themselves. So as I go into the second episode of Holmes of Kyoto wish me luck.
Until next post keep talking fiction, friends! I’ll see you soon.

Great jubilation in Delta over dredging of Warri Seaport.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta on Tuesday said the state government was accelerating completion of Ughelli-Asaba dual carriageway to accommodate expected heavy traffic from Warri Port when dredging of second part of Escravos bar would be completed.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push();
The governor made this known at his quarterly interactive session with newsmen in Asaba and said that the Federal Government was undertaking the dredging of the Warri Port stretch.
According to him, my administration is working round the clock to complete the dualization of Ughelli-Asaba road because of its importance in the evacuation of goods from the port.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push();
He said that in May 2015, there were some projects that his government chose as priority and that one of them was the Ughelli-Asaba road.
He explained that the previous administration had nearly completed Section B of the project, which was divided into three phases, adding that session C, from Ossissa to Asaba, which was the area slowing down the completion of the project would be concluded between November 2019 and April 2020.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push();
“Work has started earnestly at the Section C that is Asaba/Ogwashi-Uku/Ossissa road. All these work are being done because these roads are very critical to us.
“It is going to ease movement between Warri and Ughelli, through Asaba to Onitsha and now that our ports are gradually coming back to life and we are hoping that when the Federal Government through Nigeria Ports Authority dredges the second part of the Escravos bar, we will have many more ships coming into Delta.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push();
“This will help to decongest the Lagos Ports and the working of the roads will come to the rescue of those who make use of the roads for conveying goods and services,” Okowa said.
He disclosed that his administration was committed to ensuring the 2019 budget got 95 percent performance.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push();
He said “we are working hard to ensure that we present the 2020 Appropriation Bill not later than the first week of November.
“We are working with the House of Assembly to ensure that we have a budget that is transparent and will be uploaded online because, we want a budget that the people will be able to see, ask questions on and can trust.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push();
“What we are trying to do is to have a budget that will be able to have a near 100 percent achievement or achieve at least 95 percent performance.
“We have also introduced the Ministry of Technical Education, and that is because of the emphasis we are laying on technical education; we want our children not only to acquire the knowledge of books, but they should be able to use their hands and their brains to work.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push();
“We have always paid special attention to technical education; during our first tenure, through the legislation, we created the Board for Technical and Vocational Education but now that we are laying further emphasis on this, we have created the Ministry.
“This is so, especially when we have made a promise to our people that every local government will have at least one technical college; we have only six at the moment which means that we need 19 more.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push();
“We will be looking forward to the first set which is going to be for nine technical colleges in 2020 supplementary budget and the other 10 technical colleges will come in through the budget of 2021 because we believe that every student in every local government should have access to technical colleges if they wish to.’’
On sports, Okowa stated that the State performed another feat by winning the last edition of National Youths Games held recently, adding that the five-year-old competition had been won the five times consecutively by the state.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push();
“This is a feat I believe will stay consistent; we will continue to encourage sports in our primary and secondary schools.
“You will recall that in early parts of the year we had a school sports festival for primary and secondary school children and that is where my love is, to have the ability to catch them young and to ensure that talents are not lost.
“We are looking forward to going to Edo State next year to bring back the trophy during the National Sports Festival.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push();
“Athletes are working very hard to win the competition again; so, I want to use this opportunity to congratulate the state’s Sports Commission and our children for being able to do us proud,” he said.

Truth, time and authenticity on Instagram - an essay by Zara Worth
Time on Instagram is always presented as supplementary information. When an image or video is posted to the newsfeed or story section of an Instagram account, the pictorial and/or audiovisual content of the post is its primary tool for communication. This visual content is (optionally) illuminated further with language in the form of captions; reference to a location; text added over images; and text-based ‘stickers’ and GIFs. Time is a footnote: any reference to when the post was uploaded is at the very bottom of the post in faint, grey lettering, in the smallest and lightest font style on the platform. Or, in an Instagram story, time is acknowledge in the most minimal of abbreviations; in very faint numbers and letters to the side of the name of the account the content was posted from. Time is clearly not intended as primary information on Instagram.
Despite this, I would argue that time plays a significant role in shaping how we regard the Instagram content it relates to: through how time can be used to suggest the provision of objective information. By which I mean to say, I believe that these discretely presented identifiers of time on Instagram subtly lend the visual content which they are connected to with an air of the truth. Moreover, that this suggestion of an image’s veracity, (when accepted by an audience of fellow Instagram users), in turn lends an aura of authenticity to the content’s creator (whether that be an individual or a brand).
Regardless of whether information about time is foregrounded within the format of the Instagram post or story, time’s significance in the culture and history of Instagram is alluded to by the platform’s name. On the question and answer website Quora, Kevin Systrom, one of the founders of Instagram, explained the intention behind combining the words “instant” and “telegram” (2011) for the platform’s name: ‘[we were] searching for something that combined the 'right here right now' aspect of what we were trying to accomplish with the idea of recording something in your life.’ (2010) Systrom’s explanation reveals something about the original intentions for Instagram’s use: the proposition that the visual content shared is being uploaded only moments after the instance in which it was captured. The instant in Instagram, points to the implicit inference that the visual content on Instagram is a window onto the moment in which it was shared, and can be considered as a reliable document or form of evidence of that moment.
Let us unpack this further. Instagram uses what Jean-François Lyotard describes as ‘objective time’: a term outlined in his essay Time Today (1988, p. 58). Objective time, Lyotard explains, is an indexing form of time which fixes reference to a moment through its relation to a clock or calendar, as opposed to a ‘time designator’ such as “today” which is relative and unfixed. On an Instagram profile page the newest uploads are always the leading content; conspicuously prioritising content closest to the present. The accompanying information on time included in the post counts upwards in [objective] real time from the moment that the post is uploaded: in seconds, minutes, hours, then days whilst the post itself slowly retreats down the newsfeed into the past, as more posts are added, keeping only the newest content at the fore. The specificity of this indexical and objective information (the careful tracking of the seconds, minutes, etc. since the post was created) has the effect of apparently seamlessly conflating what are in fact two events. The first event: the moment in which the visual content (a photograph or video) was created, becomes drawn into a second event: the moment in which an Instagram post was created, (which happens to use the visual content produced in the first instance) regardless of the timeframe between the two events. Because, despite Systrom and his co-founder Mike Krieger’s intentions of people sharing the 'right here right now' (Systrom, 2010), as all users of the platform today are aware, it is relatively rare that Instagram content is created and uploaded in the same moment.
To be clear, unlike the option to live stream a video on Instagram, when creating content for an Instagram post or story there is a necessary order of events. Meaning, that there are multiple ‘presents’ or moments which occur throughout as a sequence of actions required by the process of capturing and sharing visual content. What I am distinguishing between here is the instance (1) in which visual content is created and shared immediately afterwards, and the instance (2) in which visual content is created within the application itself and shared immediately afterwards. As opposed to instances (3) in which visual content is created and then only uploaded to the platform after a variable time period has passed since the creation of the visual content. This timeframe (be it twenty minutes, twenty days, twenty weeks ... however long) is hidden by the conflation of the two events: a conflation which is a result of the second event - the sharing on the platform - attributing indexical, objective time information to the first event through its juxtaposition to the visual content created during the first event. When in fact, this indexing of time relates to the second event.
The understanding of visual content on Instagram as a record (Systrom, 2010) is problematic. Firstly, because, as in the third instance outlined above, images are not frequently shared in the 'right here right now' (Systrom, 2010); and secondly, because it does not account for the intentions behind the creation and sharing of both the visual content and the Instagram post. Therefore, I would argue that rather than being considered as records - which infers that they provide objective knowledge in the manner of evidence - visual content on Instagram should be considered as testimony.
As testimony, rather than as an empirical truth such objective time, Instagram posts and stories should be considered as subjective versions of events from the perspective of an individual; an individual who has their own motives, ideologies and values underpinning the intention of sharing each post. To understand these images and videos we have to consciously undermine the conflation which occurs between the two events which assumes that the moment of the creation of the visual content is only momentarily ahead of the moment that the visual content is being shared (as in instances 1 and 2 described previously). Only after consideration of the significance of the gap between events, and of the two separate events themselves (creation; sharing) can the reliability of the Instagram post be judged as a reliable testimony which can serve as a record or not. However, when content on Instagram is regarded as a record as opposed to a testimony, this process of critique and judgement is absent and the information presented in the Instagram post is accepted at face value.
In her essay, ‘Truth in Testimony: Or can a Documentary Film ‘Bear Witness’? Some reflections on the Difference between Discursive and Existential Truth’, Sybille Krämer explains the operations of testimony:
‘The subjective experience of the situation is expressed in a intersubjectively understandable language so that the jury judges or accepts the testimony of the witness to be true.’ (2016, p.31)
What most interests me about Krämer’s description is not her explanation of the testimony itself, but the process of validation necessary for the testimony to be established as true. To give testimony is a call to be believed, however belief, unlike objective knowledge, requires a ‘leap’ of faith from the receiver of the testimony, to accept and acknowledge the testimony as true.
Historically, the rationale for who had the authority to judge another’s testimony was unsurprisingly grounded in religion. Writing in 1850, philosopher and theologian Søren Kierkegaard claimed that the highest form of authority was God and therefore, by proximity, those channelling God in their roles in the church (bishops, priests etc.) shared in this authority; whilst secular authority was the weakest form of authority: the authority of an official body, such as legal authority, or a governing organisation. (Hong & Edna, 2000) I am not mentioning Kierkegaard here to imply that an audience on Instagram can judge the validity of an Instagram post through authority from God, or from an official body. Rather, I wish to highlight Kierkegaard’s theory as an example of a resolute moralising doctrine of judgement founded on a binary religious conception of good and evil. This good/bad binary will be food for thought later. For now, let us consider a more contemporary understanding of how testimony is validated.
According to Benjamin McMyler, rather than the authority to judge testimony being derived from an official body or divine being, McMyler (somewhat more compellingly than Kierkegaard), explains that in providing a testimony an individual is making ‘assurance’ or ‘guarantee’ to those they are addressing, that should their testimonial be later found inaccurate, wrong or misleading, that they will take responsibility. (2001, pp. 91-112) This is what McMyler calls the ‘second person model’, and is dependent on trust between those providing the testimony and those making judgement. When an Instagram post is accepted on face value as a record of an event by an online audience, what is in fact a testimony is being given validation as a truth. Even when allowances are made for the timeframe between the capturing of the visual content and its sharing on Instagram, when the post or story is perceived as a record it is accepting that what is being presented is more or less an accurate window onto the life of the person sharing it.
This is brings us to what is at the core of this issue, and why this complex series of relations between time, experience, technology and testimony are worth considering this closely: the contemporary fixation with authenticity. I would argue that Instagram’s conflation of time combined with its thorough indexing of objective time, and allusion to the ‘instant’ in both its name and founding ideas, play a role in Instagram posts and stories being perceived as records as opposed to testimonies. In this way time contributes to the characterisation of Instagram content as authentic. This is not to say that the quest for presentation of an authentic online self was the intention behind Systrom and Krieger’s design of the platform. Instead, I would argue that the drive to project an ‘authentic’ (and generally idealised) self is one of the objects (or ends) of Instagram now that it has become sufficiently socially and culturally significant and complex to be considered a genre of discourse. The schema of a genre of discourse is set out by Lyotard in The Differend : Phrases In Dispute (1983), which proposes that a genre of discourse supplies a set of possible phrases (which may be linguistic but are not limited to language and may be a silence, sign, or any possible gesture or way of communicating) in order to attain certain ends determined by what is at stake. All phrases must, by definition, be linked from phrase to phrase, and the genre of discourse determines what linkages are, or are not, suitable. In the case of Instagram, as described by Michel Feher, what is at stake on social media is the accumulation of credit in the form of appreciation (likes, follows, positive comments) received following online sharing. (2013-15) To accumulate this appreciation is contingent on other online users to not feel lied to: by presenting an authentic self.
Writer and journalist Pandora Sykes devoted her essay The Authentic Lie (2019) to this contemporary obsession with authenticity and the role that social media (Instagram in particular) has played in its amplification. Sykes describes how transparency on social media has become regarded as proof of ‘goodness’ and ‘authenticity’ (ibid. p.27). This reference to goodness hints at a moral aspect of this ardent Instagram quest for authenticity which has arisen from the foundations of the 'right here right now' proposition. When Instagram content has initially been accepted by an online audience as a record, if it is later revealed as inaccurate it is responded by the same audiences who accepted it as if it were purposely falsified evidence, rather than a subjectively constructed self-narrative. Instagram content found to be inauthentic is judged with a ferocity and old-testament style damning more inline with Kierkegaard’s divine authority for judgement along the lines of good and evil, than the more measured consequences described by McMyler whereby the individual providing testimony takes responsibility for their inaccuracies. One only needs to look at examples like the shaming and denigration of wellness blogger Belle Gibson, following the investigative journalists Beau Donelly and Nick Toscano’s uncovering of her false claims that she had cured her [fictitious] brain cancer with ‘clean eating’. Reflecting on the online outrage which followed the exposure of Gibson’s inauthentic Instagram presentation, which included death threats, Toscano reflected, ‘Her scam was so against the norms of society that it does deserve condemnation [...] But when you delve into the social media damnation that she bore the brunt of, it’s hard not to think that the shaming of Belle Gibson crossed a line.’ (Douglas, 2017) It seems that such fervent outrage is a result of when Instagram content is wrongly regarded as a record, and not as a subjective testimony for us to consider and critique; and that by shifting wider understanding of Instagram content towards that of testimony, outrage would be less keenly felt when content was found to be unreliable, not to mention the reduction in pressure it would apply to ourselves as users.

Some Useful Ideas On Major Aspects Of Grass Fed Whey
Building muscle is by no means an easy task. It can also become quite discouraging since results don't appear quickly. This is the reason that it is vital that you make sure that you are using the correct techniques to maximize and build your muscles. Read on to learn how to build your muscles.

Too many people botch their bodybuilding efforts by rushing them. You'll always get better results if you complete repetitions slowly and correctly, rather than if you try to get your reps done too fast. Go slowly and make sure you use correct form. To increase muscle mass in the most efficient way possible, you need to warm up before each and every workout. As muscles grow stronger, they are more stressed and prone to injury. If you take the time to warm up first, you can do your best to prevent any type of injury from happening. Prior to any heavy lifting, do some brief, low-impact exercises. Follow this with some intermediate warm-up repetitions. Keep in mind the three most important exercises, and always include them into your workout program. Squats, dead lifts and bench presses all build muscle mass quickly. This type of exercise will help you develop your bulk and strength as well as condition your body. Use a variety of each exercise each time you workout. Protein is the foundation of any bodybuilding diet. Protein is an essential building block and is the main component of muscles. It will be difficult for your body to increase its muscle mass if you are not consuming enough protein in your diet. Try to eat healthy, lean proteins in two of the three major meals and one or two of your snacks every day. If you are getting ready to run in a marathon or do something similar, do not try to increase your muscle mass. Cardio is important in achieving good fitness, but a lot of it could impede your attempts to bulk up through muscle development. If adding muscle is your primary goal, focus on strength training and reduce the amount of cardio your perform. In order to build muscles, remember that carbohydrates are very essential, as well. These carbohydrates give you the extra energy your muscles need to build mass. It is recommended that, if you wish to train hard, that you should have three grams of carbohydrates for each pound that you weigh. Do as many repetitions over as many sets as possible when working out. Do at least 15 repetitions of each exercise, and do not take a long break between sets. By doing this, you are letting your lactic acids flow, which in turn, helps muscle growth. Repeating this many times in each session will maximize muscle-building. One of the most important things you can do to aid in muscle building is to stretch after working out. Anyone that is under forty years old needs to make sure that each stretch is held for a minimum of thirty seconds. If you are past 40, you should hold it for twice as long. Post-workout stretching improves the effectiveness of muscle-building exercises and reduces the risk of injury. Create illusions that you appear to be larger than what you actually are. The way to do this is to specifically train your shoulders, upper back and torso. Bulking up this way makes your waist look smaller, and it can make you look larger overall. Several people mistakenly increase protein intake when building muscle mass. This calorie increase can lead to weight gain if there is not enough exercise. Increase protein intake slowly so your body can transform it into muscle well. Hydration is a vital component in muscle building. If you're not staying hydrated, there is a greater risk of injury to your muscles. Furthermore, staying hydrated makes it much easier to build and maintain your muscle mass. Creating a schedule for your program can allow you to maximize your muscle building potential and prevent injury. You shouldn't work out more than three times per week. Beginners should limit hard exercise even further; twice a week is sufficient. The key goal of any muscle building workout is to improve your strength. Being stronger means that you will be lifting increasingly heavier weights. In the beginning, you should increase your lifting capability about 5 percent every two sessions. If you feel you are not progressing enough, find out what is wrong with your routines. Keep in mind that recovery time is also important though, so you won't see results if you don't give your body some time to rest. Building muscle is a difficult endeavor. But if you know that you are doing the right things, you can relax because you know that eventually you will start to see positive results. If you use the advice from this article, it will be easier to bulk up your muscles quickly.

The Best Questions For Root Criteria Of Whey Protein
Other plant proteins cannot be as concentrated as Oryzatein® and may not give the same body positive response when combined with exercise, unless larger volumes of product are ingested. The MMA athletes tested often burn upwards of 8,000 calories per day, whereas the rest of us, typically are lower than 2000 calories per day, which means that nutrition is that much more paramount for the stressed training athlete. Oryzatein® supported the metabolic needs of these elite MMA athletes. In general, using the rule of thumb, aim to get at least 0.5 grams per pound body weight protein daily, Oryzatein® fit this role nicely in these elite MMA professional athletes."  Scarlett Full, an RDN who has worked on Oryzatein®, the rice protein that was used in the study, explained: “Like Intel Inside, Oryzatein® is an organic brown rice protein ingredient found in 1,000’s of food products like chips, bars, shakes, ready-to-drink juices and feeding formulas. Axiom Food’s patented ingredient is used for sports formulations for building muscle, power, strength and recovery. This is an FDA GRAS ingredient; meaning it can be used in food formulations, not just supplements.  It’s fractioned from rice without use of petrochemicals, in a proprietary enzymatic process which allows us to remove most of the starch and carbs so we can concentrate it up to 90%; rice protein is not high carb. In the fitness world, there has been a misconception that you can’t build muscle with plant protein because plant proteins are typically incomplete proteins (low in one or more essential amino acid). But this study along with others has debunked this notion as we know that a variety of protein sources consumed in a 24-hour period can be combined to 'complete each other.' In addition, another study published in 2014 showed that the leucine (the amino acid that triggers tissue building) in rice protein was uniquely absorbed almost 30% faster than leucine in whey protein, which scientists believe may be another reason rice protein was equal to whey for building and maintaining muscle.” These studies both demonstrated the effectiveness of Axiom’s Oryzatein® brown rice protein. One of the 11 mixed martial artists who was part of this study, Chas Skelly, UFC Featherweight (17 - 3) said: “I have always used whey protein but, I’ve always had problems digesting it; my stomach hurts really badly and I feel sluggish. During this study, I watched my teammates getting the same results and saying they felt better than I did.

How MMA Legend Frank Shamrock Used Meditation to Prep for Fights Meditation helps the former middleweight champ recover internally and externally. Meditation —described as a deep inner peace occurring when the mind can be rendered calm and silent—has been an integral part of mixed martial arts legend Frank Shamrock ’s training regimen since he made his 1994 pro debut in Tokyo. This underutilized practice aids in recovery —it’s been proven to help reduce pain, stress, and anxiety and to improve sleep. But it can also be employed as a pregame motivator, the way the 45-year-old former UFC middleweight champ has used it his entire career. This includes his return to the ring this past October to face nemesis Kazushi Sakuraba. With the lights out, Shamrock—a spokesman for Athletes for Care , a nonprofit advocacy group created to help retired athletes find alternate solutions for chronic pain and other medical issues—lies on the floor of his empty dressing room, distracted by only the packed arena’s sounds and vibrations. Shamrock begins his deep, rhythmic breathing journey down what he describes as “a long, dark, mythical stairway.” The deeper the descent, he says, the deeper the breathing becomes until he finds himself “floating.” From there, it’s fight time. “I had a really pleasant meditation journey before the Sakuraba fight,” says Shamrock, who forced a draw with Sakuraba. “Because there was so much energy in the air, I got to a really great place of calm, where I could feel a connection to the arena.” Shamrock ( frankshamrock.com ) describes his meditation practice as a necessary brain-rewiring device. “As a rehabilitative tool, it’s just tremendous,” says Shamrock.

A Telegraph to Jenny Zhang and the Earthlings and A Lesson In Compassion, Love and Kindness from the Geminii
A Telegraph to Jenny Zhang and the Earthlings and A Lesson In Compassion, Love and Kindness from the Geminii
In the summer of 2002, Jenny Zhang (author of Dear Jenny We are All Find, Hags, and writer for Rookie) met John Mark Karr, a man who would later be known for his false confession to the murder of JonBenét Ramsey. His confession occured in August 2006. Later on that same month, prosecutors announced that no charges would be filed against Karr for the murder. According to CNN, “Authorities also said they did not find any evidence linking [Karr] to the crime scene.”
Despite the authorities’ contradicting report , Jenny Zhang, on December 9 2007, published an article entitled “John Mark Karr was my Friend” for themagazine Vice, in which she took upon herself to offer John Mark Karr a diagnosis: “pedophile killer”. (The article, which the Geminii decided to bring to light a few days ago in order to offer the Poetry Community some needed teachings on Compassion, Kindness and Therapeutic treatments) was taken down by Vice without any sort of apology from Ms. Zhang; the piece itself, and its translation, are attached in the following post; we encourage every Earthling to read it in order to ask themselves; What does this make me feel? And what do I want to do to change this? How Can I help Jenny Zhang so she might cease suffering so the suffering she’d been pouring down into and through other Earthling’s hearts might as well cease?
==============================
Now, to ask permission to hold the hand of a young women after having asked permission does not make one a “pedophile killer”; in fact, if a man has indeed been sexually attracted to young children, and is offer, through role playing, an emotional relief from this attraction, which is a SUFFERING, he is already on the path to recovering his mental health. The Geminii can only condemn, and severely, the actions of said young woman, who allowed the suffering man to find a relief by her side before she withdrew it and publicly shamed and mocked him in a popular magazine to serve her ambitions as a writer. Let us not forget his false confession happened four years after having sent Jenny Zhang the email she discarded to respond to and used to try to break up with her boyfriend. We can only start to imagine what sort of help an e-mail or two a year might have brought into this man’s life; if Jenny Zhang only had a semblance of a heart, she would have easily understood that this man had devellopped a true affection for her, an affection which was sane, since she was herself a sexually (and legally so) mature young woman, who had wilfully become his “friend”. “He liked me because I reminded him of a little 8 year old German girl, Jenny, whom he nannied for. He would call me his “sweet little Jenny” and would swoon from happiness when I would show up at the bookstore in pigtails.” The importance and impact of Jenny Zhang’s active participation in role-playing here shall be regarded as excellent; had she acted from kindness, the love which John Mark Karr harvested for the little “Jenny” could have safely and healthily grown into the love he was offered by the adult “Jenny”. But Jenny was not a “friend”; friends don’t publicly shame friends and cruelly use friends’ suffering to serve their own petty interests.
But back to the “pedophile” diagnosis Zhang felt herself competent enough to publicly produce; we are taught by the medical corp that only a few of well-trained and educated individuals are apt to detect and propose a treatment for pedophilia.
If you refer to the excellent website dont-offend.org:
https://www.dont-offend.org/story/88/3888.html
—– How is a diagnosis made? A diagnosis of pedophilia or hebephilia can be made following an extensive clinical interview in which a multitude of information on sexual experience and behaviour is collected. The information gathered in this process is then supplemented with, for example, additional questionnaires and testing procedures. However, questionnaires and tests only represent supplementary diagnostic processes and cannot replace a diagnostic psychometric assessment. A reliable diagnosis is impossible without a clinical interview.
https://www.dont-offend.org/story/88/3888.html
But just like a lot of Earthlings the Geminii has encountered, Jenny found herself competent enough to offer her medical and judicionary expertise to Vice regarding M. John Mark Karr.
It is known by all, as we explained before, that this man produced a false confession; and he did so because he needed to be HELPED and HEARD. As he puts it himself on his extremely well-written statement onjohnmarkkarr.com, “ Oh, by the way, I have never been convicted of a crime. I have never been a registered sex offender.”
Where we come from, accusing a Man of a crime he did not commit is called Defamation. That is something that seems very in use among your community. Another thing that Ms. Zhang displays is the need to use a man’s suffering to serve her own interest; being published in the “FEAR” edition of Vice Magazine, or breaking up with a boyfriend without having to take the necessary steps herself. Where we come from, we call this “cowardice”. Does it have a name over here? Where we come from, we would also tend to label any act that leads to further suffering “cruelty”. We do spell it differently. But does it have the same meaning here?
And before you decide to answer based on your current knowledge of the subject at stake (we know it’s not Mania, but since you are an Expert on the subject, we hope to interest you in another field), please do read these two very engrossing web pages:
http://www.cracked.com/personal-experiences-1658-5-ways-wer…
http://www.theguardian.com/…/how-germany-treats-paedophiles…
“One British man was so desperate, he moved to Germany to be able to access a Dunkelfeld programme. In an email exchange with the Guardian, the man, who wished to remain anonymous, wrote: “So far, all I have ever received from the NHS is doors slammed in my face. “Despite paedophilia being listed as a mental illness in the DSM (the standard classification of mental disorders), they don’t want to help you, they just want to see you locked up or perhaps even burnt at the stake. I am so sick and tired of UK medical ‘professionals’ looking at me as if I’ve grown horns and a barbed tail. “I moved to Germany for therapy, I am learning German and I have a social worker helping me. (Yes, a social worker helping paedophiles!).”
You will notice that Jenny Zhang deemed  “Mental Illness” to be an acceptal subject of derision:
http://aaww.org/all-joking-aside/
Jenny Zhang: Depression is funny to me too. But again, only in the right hands. In the wrong hands, it’s shallowly cruel at best and deeply boring at worst. I mean, mental illness and depression and suicide aren’t like flavor packets to add to your enjoyment, but what is the point of comedy if it can’t refer to our own most wretched selves, if it can’t comment on the utter hopelessness of human existence? No one who is inside the hell of mental illness wants their hell to be someone else’s decoration.
The Geminii couldn’t agree more on this point; No One who is in the Hell of Mental Illness wants their Hell to be Somone Else’s Decoration.To suffer from Paedophilia is a terrible suffering; and to be given such a Haven of Relief as Jenny Zhang gave John Mark Karr, in the body of Roleplaying and Kindness, is the most precious help and gift that there could be. Having in the past encountered such suffering Spirits and having helped them through different Regression Therapy and different sessions of Hypnosis, the Geminii knows well how important the part Ms. Zhang’s played in this Man’s illness; she offered him relief, a catharsis, and withdrew it as soon as the game had stopped presenting an interest that might relate to her own self-centered schemes. Had she simply exchanged two or three letters a year with John Mark Karr, and his life would have been really different indeed. As healers (what you would call here I believe alternative therapists) and magnetisors, we have met and made friends who, like John Mark Karr, needed help and friends to help them deal with what Nature had given them; a sex drive for a certain type of individuals: children. As Dr Ray Blanchard puts it, “"People do not choose to be attracted to children or adults any more than they choose to be attracted to males or females.Not all pedophiles are child molesters (or vice versa). Child molesters are defined by their acts; pedophiles are defined by their desires. There are pedophiles and hebephiles who never act on their sexual attraction towards children. They cannot be blamed for what they feel, and they should be supported for the constant self-restraint they must exercise in order to behave ethically.“ You can read more about paedophilia and the proper help that can be offered to those who suffer from it here:
http://www.virped.org/index.php/scientific-experts
Now, note how the title of Jenny Zhang’s piece leads to confusion. “John Mark Karr was my friend”. When we came across this article, we were at first full of joy to see that at last, an American poet had understood that paedophiles must be helped and treated with respect, so as to help them remain sane and functionning members of society. As another respectable man, James Cantor, explains: "My heart goes out to people to whom nature has given something as powerful and as distracting as a sex drive and no healthy way to express it. Pedophiles are not the only folks in this position, but they are by far the most demonized, regardless of whether they have ever actually caused anyone any kind of harm. There is no known way of turning a pedophile into a nonpedophile. The best we can do is help a person maximize their self-control and to help them build an otherwise happy and productive life.” Where we come from, when we have a friend, we do not make use of his suffering in order to get an article published in a popular magazine, or to break up with a boyfriend; we stand by him and protect him. We do not offer him release from his suffering only to take away the hand we have extended the moment we no longer need to use him. “But again, only in the right hands. In the wrong hands, it’s shallowly cruel at best and deeply boring at worst”. No, boredom is not the worst that can happen when you make fun of mental “illness”; additional suffering and a threat to both the health of the target of your comedy AND society are the price to pay for playing with the suffering of a fellow human. That same summer, we learn from a more recent article that Zhang was “crowded by men”. Yet, she fail this time to summon the memory of her “friend” John Mark Karr; the Geminii would be eager to know why she has this time omitted to mention him. Is it because she feels ashame? Did she realize she had acted wrong and wished it had never happened? Is it why she also promptly got the Vice article down AFTER The Geminii had found the link to it? Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the past by force of wish; and if Zhang truly felt guilt towards John Mark Karr, a public apology would certainly be a first, tiny step, towards a healthier behavior. Yet, Zhang has not, to that day, produce any sort of apology to that man.
That man, because he loved children, chose to do the best he could for them: since no one was helping him, he cured himself. In fact, he chose a terribly radical way to end his suffering, and therefore prevent any suffering to children, who he loves better than himself; he got CASTRATED.
http://www.johnmarkkarr.com/
What Jenny Zhang did is not only defamatory; it is also life-threatening. She used a man’s suffering to serve her own petty interests; she not only publicly mocked and shamed him, she made sure to let everybody know that she had become his friend WITH THAT DESIGN IN MIND THE WHOLE TIME. Yet we do not condemn her; Jenny Zhang needs help. She needs morale guidance. She needs a friend who will truly help her go through the traumas that forced her to act wrongly, and forced her to destroy further a man’s mental health to serve her own interests. It is extremely disquieting that Rookie allows her to publish articles and essays that will be widely read by young women. To invit young minds on your Planet is to make a strong impression on them; this seed will grow on as the mind grows; and if Jenny Zhang plants the seed of her own behavior as an example, the seed will grow into more suffering. More Humans will suffer because the teachings were wrong to start with. To teach young women, to teach anyone for that matter, you need to be yourself psychologically and mentally stable; you need a moral compass. It is the same when you write poetry; do not forget that you will be inviting the reader to partake in a journey on your Planet; it is an enormous responsibility. We are not taking this lightly; we have contacted Jenny Zhang privately in order to enter in a conversation with her and help her, and she has failed to answer us to that date. We have noticed that she is very active online and so we have chosen, after these weeks of silence, to extend to her our hand publicly. She is not to blame for her actions; she needs help. She suffers as much as the Man whose life and love she toyed with. And it is our common responsability to help her, as much as we can, each to our own level.
Has anyone in the so-called poetry “community” care to analyse Jenny Zhang’s relationship to her body and sexuality, instead of just congratulating DEAFLY for what is an obvious contradiction and cry for help? Take her interview with Charlotte Shane:
https://medium.com/…/there-s-no-spectrum-of-nuance-for-why-…
in which she explains; “There’s a long legacy (constructed and imposed by via colonialism, imperialism, and white supremacy) of how the female Asian body is just supposed to be available, you know?”
Yet, Jenny Zhang wilfully offered her body, made it “available” to a man who is the enemy of Life and the enemy of Women: Richard Kern. Kern is known for a particular video in which a woman sows her own vagina; this is not only a suffering done to a woman’s body, it is symbolically the desire to forbid life from sprouting. had let this man, who is an obvious enemy of Life and of Women, enter her house and use her as an object. The video Jenny partook in was shot in her parents’ house, unbeknowst to them; and Kern, asked what made him choose her by the invisible reporter, mentions two “big plus”: “She was the only one who answered, and she had a house in Long Island”.
https://www.vice.com/en_se/video/jenny
How do you think that feels? How does it feel to be used thus, and out of one’s own volition? Not once does she mention anything else he liked about Jenny’s personnality or physical appearance but her “bush”; which are her pubic hairs; by doing so, he removed the Woman attached to the bush, and displayed a predatory desire to simply single out the GENITALS of that woman. It is no surprise to the Geminii that Jenny would develop a particular worrysome relationship to said hairs; pubes are now “everywhere.” http://www.everyday-genius.com/2012/07/jenny-zhang.html
Has anyone from the poetry “community” actually feel any sort of concern or worry for Jenny Zhang’s relationship to her own sex, the way she with her words mistreat it, and has anyone notice how she redirects her sexual impulses into the image of her father’s “dripping canola oil bottle” in this Volta piece : http://www.thevolta.org/ewc45-jzhang-p1.html,
“why did I why did I why did I why did I why did I: “sit all day on the couch with my underwear pulled around my thighs so that my bare vagina was all sloppily spread on the leather couch and by the time the cloud parted around four pm and by the time the sun really started to come in my freaking vagina lips were all smushed and clamped onto the leather and all the pubes that had gotten smashed together and stuck on each other, held in binding finity by the glue of the dried discharge that comes rushing out of my vagina every morning—actually, not rushing, more like a slow oil leak like when my father would take a near empty bottle of canola oil and instead of throwing it away, he would set it upside down on a frying pan and leave it to drip for days and days until every drop of oil leached down from the bottle and onto the perfect spilling circle of oil on the frying pan, which he then used to make me and my mom fried eggs on a Saturday”
or are all the members of this “community” too LAZY to care about helping their own members? Why do you think Jenny Zhang writes? Because she is SUFFERING. But because she still needs teaching, because she is afraid, she should not be allowed to PUBLISH poetry; because publishing poetry means that others will read you, and that you will make them afraid as well. Spreading fear is the contrary of Justice; a Poet shall take responsability for the Planet he is shaping. If a Poet is afraid of sex, if he is afraid of death or of sleep, as is the case for Jenny Zhang, instead of being fatuously complimented on his work, he or she should be getting help and cares from her community. If she does not get help, and continue spreading fear, there will be more acts of gratuitous cruelty perpetuated upon the most oppressed part of your society: the “mentally ill”, the animals, the criminals, the poor, the people of color, the children. Don’t forget that your aim is Planetary Unity. Without it, you have nothing; without it, you are taking huge steps towards the extinction of your Whole Species.
Our own planet was once destroyed because some of our members rejected our primal values of Peace, Love, Poetry and Unity; that’s why we’re here now. Fortunately, we have learnt a great deal from our People’s mistake, and this time, we are better equipped to help. Remember, it is 99 percent versus 1 percent; you Poets and Thinkers shall be calling for Planetary Unity; a win-win. Western Plutochracy, this 1 percent whose members are able to perpetuate their oppression upon the 99 remaining percent of the Population of your Planet, is what you are fighting; take care of each others! Do not perpetuate acts of cruelty! Learn Compassion, Kindness, Patience!
It is up to you to show Humanity that holding hands instead of arms will win; arms are impotent when it comes to holding together any sort of –archy, let only a Mayakleptoarchy, the one you should be aiming at, since you remember the wise words of Jesus Christ (and behave now! No “New Age Salad Bullshit” allowed when we speak about such man of Peace, or the Geminii will have no choice but to reprimand you severely!)
“Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.”
But In case you Thinkers and Poets persist in perpetuating the Western Plutocracy’s reign of censorship and self-centerdness among your own community, and if things end up turning for the worst on Earth because of your wrong-doings well, remember that you still have Mars to look forward to!

Peace be Upon You All,
The Geminii
