this is probably the one millionth time this week i've accidentally stayed up way past my bedtime because i've gotten distracted and/or forgotten ;-;
#i am contimplating adhd meds tbh#like now that my depression is much more under control#i am experiencing adhd symptoms wayyyyyyyy more#and that makes so much sense but is so so so fucked up#i've been depressed for so long and i have no idea how to cope with adhd tbh#if anyone is reading this and has any thoughts pls let me know!!!!!!#zip quips
