Angel raised an eyebrow as she watched him fiddle with a shield. She was floating over his shoulder, inspecting it closely as he drove a screwdriver into a circuit board and promptly electrocuted himself. “What you’re saying and what you’re doing are giving me two different answers. Are you 100% positive you don’t want my help,” she asked nervously.
The siren didn’t want to see anyone get hurt, much less the person that seemed to be carrying around her disembodied conscious in their brain. “I can help you know. I’m great with technology,” she boasted for the hundredth time.

Angel was surprised to hear from the Firehawk after so many years of silence. She thought that the siren hated her for tricking them into opening the Vault the first time. Granted, she was forced to trick them, but that didn’t matter to the Vault Hunters at the time. They only saw a deceiver and a monster.
“I…I would prefer not to but I don’t really have a choice,” she commented back.
