I actually find it funny that you got this song because I swear, I recommended it to you! Anyway, there aren't any lyrics that make me think it's about you, as the ask game suggests I should do (it's a bit too sad for that), but here are some of my favourite lyrics from this song

(I love this ending to the song, it's so understated and it leaves me feeling kind of hollow and changed, every time I listen to it. I become 16 again, every. single. time! I love it so much that I described Joo Won feeling the exact same thing in my first BE fic. Plus, also, it's a Dong Sik song... what can I say 🤷‍♀️)

Everyone go watch Submarine, this song was written for the soundtrack! That movie! Gosh, it left such a big impression on me as a teen cause it perfectly encapsulates just how teenage boys can be such fucking pricks lol

78) Holy Roller - Spiritbox

Turnip, I gotta be honest with you, you're not going to like this song. But I encourage you to fall in love with Courtney LaPlante because she's an extremely talented vocalised and musician. I really like this song, even though it's not my favourite from this band (although, I still love it), and I think the version featuring Ryo Kinoshita is actual perfection. But... here we are.

The lyrics to this song do not apply to you because you're not a homophobe, nor a sign-holding Christian, who shouts at randos on the street. But I find Courtney's lyricism to be really intriguing, and you might too

I used this lyric as inspo for my fic your blessed hands (even the name was semi-inspired by the song Blessed Be, which is a song about depression, which is very fitting for that fic)

Constance

I didn't like this song the first time I heard it, I just didn't give it the time but... It hasn't left my brain since. It hooked itself behind my frontal lobe or something and has stayed there. I'm rather attached to it now (ha ha). Anyway, I'll stop that now and just let you know every person I have ever shown this song and its music video to has cried.
