god I've literally just laid in bed all day and writhed in pain

I haven't gotten a full night's sleep (or rlly more than 3 hours in a row) in more than a month according to my Fitbit, my sleep score consistently borders on a 59 or a 60 (out of 100, aka FAILING) since going back into treatment

I feel like I have the flu but I'm not running a fever, not showing any signs of viral illness.

just laying in bed with full body muscle aches and a feeling that is a cross between freezing to death and burning alive

but the gag is that I'm blazing thru my Waterloo Road rewatch. I've got umm...the better part of 6 series to get through before series 11 premieres on January 3rd. So...dying Lite™️ has really given me nothing better to do but binge watch on iPlayer

I'm on Rachel's prozzy past exposed era (late series 3) and I'm sliving. Next episode's all about a pervy supply teacher kidnapping a student 💕
