mild vent post, i'm mostly just mad. trusting our followers to be normal abt this, if someone makes me regret it i'm gonna go fucking feral.

obligatory "h*talia is a blight upon humanity n i wish it didn't exist" or w/e in case someone who doesn't know our opinion on it yet sees this but. GODS i fucking hate seeing the "is it inherently bad for hws fictives to exist" type discourse. like even when they don't outright say it b/c they know better you can fucking tell these people don't know how plurality works and don't see us as people w/ basic rights. a fictionkin related blog we've been following for a while that always felt friendly n safe to hws fictives n kin in the past suddenly got a huge influx of that shit n like. fuck man. i hate to admit it b/c it feels like i'm being overdramatic but gdi i think i got literal flashbacks from this shit. like it's practically socially acceptable to suibait hws fictives n hws kin, existing openly is genuinely fucking terrifying for us, n it doesn't help that our abusive ex friends literally wanted us to prioritize their mild discomfort w/ me existing over me being able to do my fucking job of making sure we don't die. idk what the hell it is that makes a switch go off in ppl's brains n makes them stop seeing us as people but fuck there's clearly something n it's so fucking scary to see it happening in places we thought were safe - @genderfluid-rolal
