i am on anon because i'm afraid of sounding stupid 😔 but i saw your post about ichiro being from osaka. so hear me out: what if yamadamom was from osaka? maybe rei lingers around there now because they met there or something

also this is far-fetched but maybe ramuda's name also comes from ame-mura in osaka, if this is the case? maybe rei gave him the name for sentimental purposes (i.e. he met yamadamom there), and it just happened to be a pun on candy? this really only works with the "ramuda is cloned from yamadamom" theory though i think. again sorry to be a conspiracy theorist in your inbox this is really quite insane of me
