Hexahydroxycyclohexane Market - Forecast (2023 - 2028)
The Hexahydroxycyclohexane Market size is forecast to reach US$183.7 million by 2027, after growing at a CAGR of 7.5% during the forecast period 2022-2027. Hexahydroxycyclohexanes are one of the stereoisomers of inositol and are also known as cocositol, inositol, phosphatidylinositol, and quercinitol. They are primarily used in applications such as dietary supplements, energy drinks, pharmaceuticals, and other applications. According to the World Population Review, about 3.4% of the current global population has depression which is equivalent to about 264 million people worldwide. A surge in mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and more along with an increase in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and cancer cases acts as major drivers for the market. On the other hand, the side effects of hexahydroxycyclohexane may act as a major constraint for the market.

Herbs that may help with PCOS
PCOS - an inflammatory disorder of insulin resistance. Does not require the presence of cysts on the ovaries. Some variants involve leanness while many involve obesity. Can have a normal A1C and still have this condition.
Supplementation should be based on clinical need (please do not read this post and blindly supplement with all different kinds of things. Hepatic injury from herbs and supplements is a concern. Consult your endocrinologist.)
Berberine - herb; natural insulin sensitizer, may lower testosterone levels (when taken in 500mg TID)
Multivitamin - perhaps there is a micronutrient deficiency (not a direct known cause of PCOS)
Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol - "Present in fruits and beans, the inositols are incorporated into cell membranes as phosphatidyl-MI, which is a precursor of inositol triphosphate (InsP3). InsP3 is a second messenger for many hormones including insulin and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). Defects in this pathway can lead to impaired insulin signaling and cause insulin resistance.[2] This is the rationale for the suggested use of inositols in the management of insulin resistance syndromes, including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)." (Kalra et al, 2016)
Vitamin D - this vitamin is involved in various metabolic and antioxidant pathways, including bones
