this man would be such a big teddy bear for his babygirl. Like whatever she wants, he walks the end of the earth to get it. (side note: he most definitely cried harder than you when she was born). He absolutely adores his little princess. So when she runs up to him, tugging at his pant leg..begging to go see it, he does it with bells on. But!..this isn’t just some regular occasion. They gotta come correct..this is THE Barbie movie after all. So big papa Reiner, who is no stranger to coordinating outfits with his tiny twin, lets her pick his outfit. “Daddy, I think you should wear this one. It’s pwettyyy.” and it’s the most obnoxiously, bright Pepto Bismol pink hoodie and joggers known to man. “Yeah, you think so?” But it’s not complete without some accessories and you know lil mama gotta put that ON because she is a big stepper, okay? So she’s standing on the bathroom counter with her brush and a dream, putting his hair up into pigtails with matching bows and earrings. He looks so ridiculous but it is literally the cutest stinking thing you have ever seen in your life. By the time (y/n) comes in, he’s styling her hair; brushing those big fluffy black curls of hers into space buns with big pink ribbons just like you taught him because he most certainly was going to learn how to do his little girl’s hair! His giant calloused hands working throughout her tiny little head. “See, it’s just like how mommy does it.” “You’re getting better, daddy. I like it.” And his heart could’ve melted right there..and so could yours. When they’re both done and ready to go; him in his insane flamingo fit and your daughter in her matching tracksuit..bright pink shades with her little baby handbag, sunglasses and sneakers like the diva she is, you just HAVE to snap a pic or two. “Oh my goodness, y’all are so adorable!” Squealing all excited. They’re both posing and showing off, doing the mostttt! And him being the other diva, he throws a hand up and pretends to dismiss you. “No photos please. We’ve got to important business to tend to.” “Yeah, that’s right, mommy. We don’t have time for pappawazzie.” And you are just cracking up as your precious baby and husband strut off out the door to go see the Barbie movie.
