Hello There! We're running an interest check for MCZR, a zine dedicated to minecraft speedrunning and those who create for it. The continuation of this project depends on the interest in it, so we'd appreciate if you'd take a second to fill out this interest form :) Thank you!!
EDIT: Just want to clarify that while obviously a lot of this will be cc's, we're also interested in art focused more around the PROCESS of speedrunning (there are LOTS of cool opportunities for art about routing bastions/forts, killing the dragon, all advancements, etc!)
In addition to that, we would also be interested in finding a way to include skin artists! They're such a large part of the community and it feels right to represent them in a project like this. Thanks again!

Hello to all followers of Couripacepals.
A few days ago we posted an announcement about a pre-1.9 set seed world record by Minecravenger. Minecravenger has just been formally accused by the speedrun.com mod team of having cheated multiple of his other runs, including at least one other world record. He’s been banned and all of his solo runs are going to be removed from the leaderboards.
So we’ll be taking that post down. Minecravenger is well known enough in the community that we thought we shouldn’t let this go by without saying anything.

Hi! So the MCSR anon is a reference to @mcytblrconfessions & the anonymous asks they get: specifically, the ones about MCSR. While it's very likely these anons are different people (and, in fact, we already know who some were) the MCSR anon award was about who was most likely to have sent one of those asks in!

Firstly, I’d want to say that I love your designs and your art in general. I love seeing your artworks even if I’m not in the same fandom/don’t know characters.
Secondly, I got curious after seeing your post with designs of mcsr guys. In the tags you said that guy who uses the same skin as Loodlow “is not a good person”. Again, I’m asking out of pure curiosity because I think that I know who is the guy in question but I don’t know what bad deed he did. Therefore, I want to know if I should think twice before supporting him :P

hello. to anyone who’s reading this, just so you know, i’ve decided that it’d be better for me to take a long break to concentrate on my real life stuff, indicating that i will be pretty much inactive on Tumblr (and other social medias as well- probably)
if you noticed, i’ve been very unresponsive and inactive for the past couple of months. i haven’t replied to any dms, messages, asks; never posted anything,… that is because i have been focusing on irl lately and decided to go touch some grass at last. and partially because i got bored & lazy 2. so i just disappeared off the media for a while and here i am, back on it to announce i’m gonna vanish again after posting.
well, that’s at least for now. temporarily.
i don’t know—i may or may not come back, sometimes i may occasionally post shitposts/wips of my artworks or maybe i would create a new account and restart. but i’ve been experiencing a significant lack of motivation & my loss in interest for mcyts. i’m currently not maining any SMP-related content or large fandoms, i’m just chilling in the mcsr fandom for now. generally, that means i no longer feel the urge to publicly publish something alike stuff i did before (like- hermitcraft or lifesteal smp art, etc.)
but that’s all for me. apropos of nothing, i want to thank you all for following me/supporting my work, heck even if you only left a like on my post once - i appreciate all of your kindness. or even if you were to repost/trace/steal my art- that’s not very nice, but i do see you have a point. in conclusion, i just want to express a sincere thank to everyone and a brief explanation about my plan for the future.
