Just finished rereading the companion piece of Mr. Blue Sky and it gave me tears but to think about,,

What if Ice was hoping for Bradley to go to Annapolis so they could share that? Like Bradley was talking so much, and for so many years, about going to Annapoils and doing the same thing his dad, and Nick, did that Ice was actually looking forward it.

And then it doesn't happen. Because Carole asked Mav, and Mav would have preferred to be shot down and not do at least that for her. Ice doesn't resent Mav, not really. But in the back of his head, there's this missed opportunity that makes him angry sometimes. And sad because a part of him feels like he wouldn't have been his right to share those moments with Bradley, that Nick should have been in his place.
