This ask had been brought to my attention recently and of course, had not presented proof of such gaslighting

During the daytime hours of 30th April, I'd posted an update in regards to my current mental, physical and emotional health. I was not in a good way due to stresses piling up on me and really needed the rest. Recent moves of course had had me timezone confused combined with the fact an in-law family member I live with switches the internet off each night (due to radiation is bad for your brains or something along those lines) - this is a circumstance that is beyond my control and cannot always tell what time this will occur.

This is the announcement shown below.

Because of these circumstances, I'd had to close it early, two hours early (I hadn't realised it was by two hours and not one, but by which time it was already too late.)

I was trying to allow myself resting time so I could get up earlier to judge all the entries and get things announced. At no point did I state someone's timezone was incorrect via google, rather going by my timezone instead to allow for these circumstances as well as explaining my current timezone is CEST not GMT.

I then, despite the current stresses, uploaded yet another event to try and appease those who may have lost out with more chances to get an MYO, including giving out free currency, a secret draw and a draw to adopt.

This current event is now working around the CEST timezone for the ease of everyone, including myself. As explained in the above, you can save your designs to get enough coins for it (the current roll of events is giving out enough in-group currency these past few months and even MYOs to cover most of the basis). I hope that you can understand why now I had to close the contest early and my apologies for having to do so. Once this event is over, I will be taking time for myself to recuperate and come up with more events and those that are consistently timed.

So, about Soup/Alternate-Earth. I think you guys need to fix that callout post they submitted. :)

The other person, who has provided the logs between Demitsorou and Baramonsters before, forgot to include one more additional screenshot, which changes the narrative significantly. I do this because, in my opinion, it is completely unacceptable to see a bunch of people so hell-bent on making themselves look viable to others by lying/suppressing information and twisting facts.

I believe it's understandable that every CS owner would become somewhat worried and anxious over people attempting to borrow not a single element, but the core of the design for their one-offs. Again, I agree I could have approached Bara in a milder manner, yet I tried to not berate them in any way, shape, or form. I asked them to be mindful about accidentally taking away larger portions of a species' overall design in the future (whether an accident or not, but I wanted to get rid of any lingering doubt). I did not tell them to get rid of the one-offs, instead I purchased the design from them. I wouldn't have bothered to contact them or purchase the design if it was just a single element, visor helmets aren't exclusive to any species really.

I apologized then, and apologize now for any ill feelings I caused them."

Re: Demi Drama

Demitsorou isn't innocent. They've baselessly accused a friend of mine for ripping off their species, when that simply wasn't the case. If they claim to struggle with anxiety, they should understand that others can too. They came off as accusatory right off the bat, and unfortunately we only have half the logs, but after my friend explained that their accusation caused anxiety (much like Demi did with Smiggles...) they gaslit them by accusing them of making them the villain. My friend offered multiple times to simply retire the design, yet Demi did not care, and repeatedly blamed them for copying their species.

Demi, if you're reading this, grow up and stop acting like a victim even though you've treated others the way Smiggles treated you. Respect is a two-way street, and you know the golden rule: Treat others the way you wish to be treated.

Demitsorou volunteered for the Daiten Gacha and made 30 designs. Two of them were “low effort”. KingSmiggles proceeded to confront Demi extremely aggressively, trigger a panic attack, and then ban them from the species completely. Contents: KingSmiggles, owner of Daitens, banning a guest artist for making designs that they personally didn't like. Insinuating that simple and monochromatic designs were lazy, low-effort, and would not be wanted by anyone.

Demitsorou only agreed to participate because they would get a cut of the money, so this is an outright breach of their contract. The terms were "sell or withdraw", and Demi didn't want to withdraw but for some reason, Smiggles felt entitled to ban them anyways?? For picking one of the options they were given??? Wack.

Nobody should be treated like this, and especially not cheated out of money, even if the money is not a priority. Demi put in all that work only to be told "actually you didn't do any work and you're a bad person and I'm banning you :)"

Demi wanted to stay in the event they were invited to participate in and instead of saying "no, please sell them as flatsales" it was "you're banned". Smiggles is purposefully twisting what Demi is trying to say to them.

Demi has given me permission to post this. Their intent isn't to ruin Daitens, but they want the other GAs and the buyers to know what happened to them and their designs.
