Ever wonder if there was ever a group of monster hunters that thought they could just take the work from Witchers? I mean, you can't say there weren't people that disliked Witchers enough that they thought "We'll just do the job they're meant for" while being too ignorant to understand the fact Witchers are good at the job because of their mutations.

Anyways I already know two people who will be taking care of that problem, and they aren't Witchers.

Jaskier trying to go undercover: I'm just trying to be bi, do crime, and spin a rhyme.

Yennefer, who Jaskier did not realize was already undercover with the group: This group is trying to hunt monsters, not play two truths and a lie. Or rather one truth and a lie, since that was hardly a rhyme.

They try taking out the group by force but their problems are more or less solved when several are taken out by drowners making the rest disperse.

Yennefer will hold that bad rhyme over Jaskier's head forever. She'll have it needlepointed onto doublet for him and give it like an olive branch. Jaskier won't notice the words until he's wearing it and hears Ciri laugh.
